Summary:

In the heart of Vernazza, at the start of the Blue Trail towards Corniglia and steps from Via Roma, Unda de Ma is a bright apartment that blends authentic Ligurian charm with modern comforts. Its crown jewel is the private sea-view balcony: breakfast overlooking the cliffs and sunsets to the sound of the waves. Ideal for families or small groups, sleeps up to 5.



The Space:

Two spacious double bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans, plus a single room with a fan, for a total of 5 beds. The fully equipped, air-conditioned kitchen opens onto a sea-view balcony and has a washing machine. A hallway decorated with works by a local artist, stone walls and carefully chosen furnishings give the rooms character and warmth. Free Wi-Fi throughout.



Guest Access:

The apartment is reached via stairs: we recommend travelling light. Exclusive access to the whole home.



The Neighborhood:

Unda de Ma sits in the eastern part of Vernazza, at the start of the Blue Trail towards Corniglia — a perfect base for hikers. Steps from Via Roma, the lively main street with restaurants, shops and cafés, yet wrapped in the quiet of the cliffs and the sea.



Getting Around:

The train station is a few minutes' walk. If driving, there's a public car park above the village (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), with a shuttle down to the start of the pedestrian zone and then a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes). Booking the car park in advance is recommended (roughly €20/day).



Other Things to Note:

Small and medium dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and for a supplement; on a lead in communal areas, not on beds or sofas.



Heating is switched off by Italian law from 1 April to 8 November.



Complimentary welcome breakfast on your first day, with quality products (local extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, compostable Nespresso capsules). Professional cleaning and sanitisation, eco-friendly practices.



Concierge office in Vernazza open from mid-March to early November; outside this period, presence on request.

Interaction with Guests:

Under Italian law, guests' identity must be verified in person at check-in. Arrival time to be agreed in advance, from 3:00pm to 6:30pm. Arrivals after 6:30pm may incur additional costs, and no check-in is accepted after 10:00pm. Given the location within the National Park, response times for minor issues may be longer.
