Fantastic villa in a stunning location, short walk to a beautiful village.

The villa was excellent, perfect for our group (7 adults, 2 young kids). Plenty of space to not feel like we were on top of each other. The pool area was brilliant, as were the views from all sides of the property. What really set this villa apart from others we've stayed in was the location. Remote enough to feel away from it all yet a 5 min walk into Radicondoli with a baker, deli, excellent restaurants and bar, it couldn't have been more ideal. There was even a swing park a few mins away that our kids loved. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Perfect location in the heart of Tuscany

The house is located on a hill with sweeping views of unspoiled Tuscan landscape. And yet it’s just a short walk into the lovely village of Radicondoli where you have two restaurants, an excellent local butcher, a small supermarket and a local cafe. The 5 bedrooms are located in three separate buildings, each with a kitchen and bathroom. The buildings once belonged to a farm so it’s a typical rural architectural style. The pool is perfect. And the owner is very friendly and comes quickly to deal with any problems. The region around Radicondoli is fascinating to explore with many small hill towns that are off the tourist trail.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Mehr Weingläser und Handtücher wären m. E. erforderlich.

We always greatly appreciate the reviews of our guests and, in particular, the proactive contexts allowing us to improve the quality of our accommodations. However, I am afraid I cannot agree with what has been complained about as it is without foundation; proof of this can be found in the comments posted by other guests before and after you. Certainly, furnishings and equipment need periodic adjustments, which is also done. Still, from here, to evaluate the house with a single star, as you did, we think it is exaggerated, not fair and much less objective. Thanks, anyway, for being our guests.
