Valras: 2 Bedroom house with terrace, garden and private parking

Modern, bright and attractive, the house is set in a secure, private residence of 30 properties with a generous shared pool set in an established Mediterranean garden.

Pool open for the season, early June to late September.

- Fully equipped kitchen area with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, combination/microwave oven and fridge-freezer

- Living/ dining room leading on to covered terrace and secluded sunny garden

- Bathroom with shower over bath

- Upstairs to 2 bedrooms (double with view of the pool)

- FreeSAT, DVD player and French HDTV

Bed linen, house towels and bath mat are included for a small fee

No. 24 is just 800m from the sea and 4km of ‘Blue Flag’ sandy beach, with lifeguard service in season. Take a leisurely walk along the broad promenade to the town centre and sample the great range of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops or stroll along the pier for a great view of Sete to the north and the Pyrenees to the south. In season, take the ferry across the River Orb and experience the wild beauty of Serignan plage. Bike hire is available by the beach and there are lovely routes through the vines and alongside the Canal du Midi. Away from the sea there is plenty to explore; kayaking and canoeing up river on the Orb, walking in the high Languedoc and history in nearby Beziers and easy access to the A9 makes Valras an excellent base if you want to explore further afield.

De residentiële omgeving was prachtig. Het huisje zelf was een caravan van het merk chateau. De eigenaar had alles op slot gezet en het huisje is dringend aan renovatie toe. Alles was ook veel te klein voor moderne standaard, bed bad enz. De keuken was om te gillen, 2 povere kookplaatjes, een grillplaatje en microgolf oven van chinese makelij. Wij zijn 2 stoelen gaan kopen of we hadden 14 dagen moeten zitten op plastiek tuinstoeltjes, de goedkoopste eetkamer stoelen van Ikea of een veel te klein 3 zitje. Kortom de gevraagde prijs -was veel te duur voor september en je krijgt de indruk dat VRBO Nederland een stel charlatans zijn.

Wie das Häuschen beschrieben worden war, war es sehr ruhig. Auch hat uns die Anlage sehr gefallen sowie der Pool war sehr schön angelegt.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison était parfaite pour un couple avec terrasse privée et très peu de vis à vis. Résidence calme à 5 min à pied de la plage. Les hôtes préparent très bien votre arrivée et vous donne toutes les informations dont vous avez besoin.

Très bon séjour au sein de cette résidence. Environnement calme et accueillant. La maison est agréable et permet de passer de bonnes vacances (seul des volets ou rideaux manques sur les velux dans une des chambres à l'étage, ce qui était gênant pour coucher notre enfant. Sinon rien a redire 😁 ). Je recommande cette location.

Schönes kleines Haus in Ferienhausanlage

Wir haben 11 schöne Tage in Rob‘s Ferienhaus in Valras Plage verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienhausanlage an der Westseite von Valras Plage. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus für 1 Auto und hinter dem Haus zwei gemütliche kleine Terrassen ( 1 überdacht mit Rolladen, 1 offen). Durch den Rolladen lässt sich die Mittags- und. Abendsonne gut in der überdachten Terrasse aushalten. Im Haus unten im Eingangsbereich eine kleine Küche, daneben das Bad und dahinter der Wohnraum. Oben 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 kleines WC. Alles hübsch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Super die Lage: 800 m vom Strand mit der Rückseite (Terrassen) zu einem dahinterstehenden Naturschutzgebiet. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Einziges Manko: Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage kann es an heißen Sommertagen oben in den Schlafräumen sehr warm werden. Ansonsten sehr schöne kleine und ruhige Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
