This well-maintained and inviting vacation home is located on the Limfjord island of Fur, on a scenic plot with both forest and open areas. Here you will find peaceful surroundings and only about 200 meters to the Limfjord. From both the house and the terrace, you can enjoy the view of a small lake that belongs to the property. The house is modern, comfortably furnished, and energy efficient with air-to-air heat pumps and a cozy wood-burning stove. The combined living room and kitchen offers a modern kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture and has a Smart TV with Scandinavian channels, several German channels via cable TV, and TV 2. You can log in to your own Netflix account and stream directly to the Smart TV. There is free wireless internet (fiber 200/200) with unlimited use. In addition, there is a stereo system with CD player and DAB radio. The cottage has two bedrooms and an extra sleeping space in the living room via a sofa bed (70x210 cm). The living room opens onto the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the lake. The bathroom has underfloor heating, and the wood-burning stove provides extra coziness on cool summer evenings or rainy autumn days. The house is not available for rent to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
