About this property

Finca Emmita is 10 mins drive from El Perello and 20 mins from the sea, we are in the middle of a valley, with no neighbours or roads nearby. All you can hear is the sound of silence. The finca is 100% self-sufficient. It is solar powered, we collect rain water and the grey water is recycled to water the vegetable garden and plants. We offer also high speed internet.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PEACE, QUIET, DISCONNECTION AND ENJOYING MOTHER NATURE, this is the place.
The Casita is newly built log cabin and offers a well-equipped small kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a pellet stove, a separated double bedroom. The bathroom has a large shower. There is a nice terrace with a table and chairs, sunloungers
The guests have sole use of the Casita. The swimming pool is shared and is opened from June to September. Emma, the owner, lives at the Finca and you will only see her if you need something. She is very respectful of her guests privacy. There is another casita at the other end of the land who is usually occupied by guests who like you are searching calm and tranquility.
We have 3 very friendly dogs who will come to say hi every day and will be very happy to accompanied you on your walks around the finca. There are 3 cats and some chickens producing fresh eggs daily.
The finca is located 10mins drive from the village of El Perello, a car is needed. To access the finca there is 5 to 7 mins dirt track, it is possible to get here with a normal car. Emma will send prior to your arrival very detailed directions on how to get here.

Super schönes Ferienhaus für 2 Personen

Wir haben zu zweit ein sehr schöne Woche hier verbringen können und die Ruhe in den Bergen genossen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett. Für die Anfahrt über die holprig Straße sollte man keinen tiefgelgten Wagen fahren.

Superbe

Le logement est situé dans un lieu calme et parmi des parcelles d’oliviers. Le chemin est praticable et va permettre de ne pas être dérangé par des personnes étrangères du lieu. L’accueIl d’Emma est exemplaire ! Ses chiens sont adorables et ils nous manquent déjà ! Je recommande cette location aux personnes qui souhaitent se retrouver au milieu de la nature dans un décor simple, agréable et tranquille. À bientôt Emma!

Een heerlijk huisje met een goede sfeer op een prachtige plek.

Het is hier goed toeven. Het huisje is minimaal maar wel met smaak ingericht. Alles functioneert, ook het internet, en met een lekker zonnetje erbij is het heerlijk genieten van natuur en stilte op het terras. Vanuit heet huisje kan je lopend de omgeving verkennen. De weg naar het huisje is hobbelig en af en toe moet je een kuil ontwijken, maar daar wen je snel aan.

Calme et tranquillité en pleine nature

Le cottage est vraiment très confortable ( mais sans volets aux fenêtres c'est un peu gênant le matin) et dans un cadre absolument magnifique. Emma est aux petits soins. Les produits de toilette sont bio et l'huile d'olive faite maison. Seul bémol, le chemin de terre depuis El Perello jusqu'à la maison est très étroit et bordé d'arbustes et parfois de ronces. Il est très caillouteux avec quelques passages vraiment difficiles pour une voiture de ville. Mais il est possible de louer un petit 4x4 auprès d'Emma. Le cottage est au cœur d'une région vraiment superbe avec d'innombrables possibilités de balades, randos, visites culturelles et petites criques à dénicher. Merci à Emma pour son accueil et bisous à Rocky, Luna et Coco ses adorables chiens.
