4 air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes:
1 master bedroom with large double bed 160x200 quality hotel with bathroom / shower and toilet and a large closet
3 bedrooms with 2 single beds 80x200 quality hotel (possibility to make double beds 160x200 for couples) with each its bathroom with window + 2 separate toilets
1 baby umbrella bed + high chair + changing mat
1 TV lounge - play room in the basement with 3 windows, internet access
1 laundry with shower in the basement + washing machine and dryer + ironing board and iron

Great modern and spacious villa

Very modern, clean and well equipped villa. The villa is quite large - we were a big family group and we were all very comfortable. The villa is Located in a very nice area - close to Bandol and Sanary-sur-Mer which are well worth visiting. We all had a very enjoyable holiday

Wonderful holiday location and property.

We stayed for 5 days in between Rugby World Cup games. The house was clean, tidy and has everything you need. Pool area was superb and the locals were extremely welcoming. Beautiful towns of sanary sur mer and Bandol were easily accessible. Food and drink outstanding and Bandol wine is a must! Thank you for making our time in France such a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Fabulous stay in Sanary

We spent 12 days at this beautiful property in the South of France. Communication with the owner from start to finish was excellent. The property is exactly as per the website photos. Immaculate inside and out. It was very well equipped, anything you needed was in the kitchen. Bed linen and towels were provided. And as there was a washing machine and dryer it's perfect for a large fanily or group of friends. Maybe owner could put in one full length mirror, probably only thing missing The garden and pool area is very well maintained. We cooked a lot, but did go for dinners in the local fish and Thai restaurants. The local butcher's is possibly the best we have ever encountered and the staff there couldn't do enough to help, even putting us in touch with local taxis! Propety is a short walk to the beach. And we were blessed with good weather Definitely recommend this beautiful property!

We absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for my family of 4 with two teen girls, my parents and my brother. It was so clean, spacious and modern. We were met at check in and check out. The pool was beautiful and the entire home was very comfortable. You can walk easily to one restaurant and a small beach but everything else is driving distance (or bike if you rent/have one). It has a gated driveway that easily fit our two larger rental cars. Everything is a bit narrow but it was fine. The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliances including the washer and dryer worked great. The outdoor table was large and such a nice space. One night we hosted our friends who were local to Sanary and we had a wonderful meal out there. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with nice blackout shades and AC worked great. The basement was great for watching TV especially for the kids. But we were hardly there to enjoy the lounge spaces because there is so much to see and do in the area.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Sanary

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in Sanary. Es hat der ganzen Familie sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Das einzige was uns fehlte war eine Aussendusche beim Pool.

Vacances paisibles

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa située proche de la plage de la Gorguette. La villa est entièrement équipée même pour un enfant en bas âge. L’environnement est calme Le chemin qui mène au centre de Sanary est, en revanche, compliqué en période de forte chaleur lorsqu’il est réalisé à pied (la remontée est très pentue), il faut compter environ 35 minutes Ceci n’empêche bien évidemment pas de profiter de l’agréable villa et sa magnifique piscine Un merci particulier à Madame Hamon pour sa gentillesse

Tres bien!

Jolie maison très bien située, fonctionnelle, belle cuisine spacieuse, exterieur parfait avec coin ombragé et naturellement ventilé pour les repas, piscine à très bonne température, le gazon synthétique très apprécié des enfants, tout comme l'AC. Bonne communication avec le service de conciergerie sur place pour Arrivée et Départ. Je recommande vivement!

Toller Aufenthalt!

Alles in allem war es super! Das Haus war groß, sauber und mit einer Klimaaanlage ausgestattet. Es gab 4 Schlafzimmer, von denen 3 Zimmer große Doppelbetten hatten. Für 7 Erwachsene top! Der Garten mit Pool war auch sauber und hat für Poolaktivitäten ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch klasse, der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden wieder kommen! Viele Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Très contents de notre séjour

Très contents de cette location. Nous avons séjourné à 8, la maison est très bien équipée, les chambres sont confortables et avec la Clim, la piscine est superbe. Excellent séjour à Sanary.

Superbe villa proche de la mer

Maison conforme à l’annonce. Très belle maison bien située, proche de la mer et des commerces. La Literie est confortable. Merci aux propriétaire pour la bouteille de rosé en guise de bienvenu.

Villa de vacances

Villa fonctionnelle, piscine sécurisée, nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans toute les pièces de la villa ainsi que les salles d’eau. Il manque de l’ombre pour le repas du midi les toiles ne sont pas suffisantes, ainsi que les transats en nombre de cinq pour une villa de huit personnes.

20th- 24th June stay

The Villa is even better than the description. The place is very modern in a quiet location. The swimming pool is large enough to exercise in and is chlorine free. A very lovely, relaxing calm place to stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sanary. Environnement calme et reposant, beaucoup de sites à découvrir avec un météo très favorable, nous permettant de déjeuner tous les jours sur la terrasse. Commerces et centre ville à proximité et accès direct à la mer à pied pour de belles promenades. Accueil chaleureux. Maison très fonctionnelle, lumineuse et super bien équipée, nous pensons la louer cet été pour profiter de la piscine et de sa belle terrasse. Tout est neuf et la literie est parfaite. Nous recommandons cette location.
