Convenient for storing boots, and buckets and spades, the property is entered via a lobby. Leading to a grand entrance hall, the ground floor comprises of a combined kitchen and dining area, and an inviting sitting room. Featuring a large arch window with views of The Glebe, the well equipped kitchen is light and bright, boasting a Range cooker, and ample cupboard and worktop space. Enthusiastic chefs will love rustling up a delicious meal made from the areas delicious local produce. Seating for up to eight guests is provided by the charming dining table. Perfect for gathering together over breakfast to plan the day ahead, or for sharing food, wine and conversation long into the evening. Separated by an arch way, the adjacent sitting room offers ample comfortable seating appointed around a gas wood burning stove. The deep sofas are perfect for nestling into after a day spent in the big outdoors as warmth and ambient light fill the room. Large arched french doors lead onto the fully enclosed rear garden. Ascend the glass balustrade staircase to arrive on the first floor. The master bedroom hosts a magnificent wooden sleigh double bed, and is served by a contemporary shower room featuring walk-in shower with copper effect tiles. Bedroom two hosts a modern four poster double bed, and is served by en suite shower room. Wrought iron twin beds are provided by bedroom three, and a double bed boasting sea views is offered by bedroom four.
