Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
Hiking trails are just out the back door, and if you are into mountain biking there are several trails from beginner to advanced accessible just by riding from the cabin!
And in the winter, snowmobile and groomed cross country ski trails are easily accessible right from the cabin.

Internet service is not available however 3G and 4G-LTE data are available through cellular carriers. Verizon has the best coverage around the area, with AT&T having lesser but usually good coverage too. T-Mobile users should be able to roam on AT&T's network.
The tv can usually pick up a few PBS channels and several HD broadcast channels (abc, cbs, nbc, fox, etc). A DVD player is under the tv and you'll find a good selection of DVD's, mainly kids movies. DVD rentals are available nearby at the Tamarack store.
For the cooler months, an easy-to-use propane heating stove warms the cabin with a push of a button! The bedrooms also have electric baseboard heaters.

We had a great time and we’re very comfortable while staying at this property. It was as advertised and the owner was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for area recreation. We would stay here again!
The cabin was nice, clean and quiet. With the gas stove it stayed comfy during the wet cool October days. The fire pit and small patch of woods was nice to wander in and relax.
The cabin was exactly as stated in the listing and the photos. It's a relatively quiet neighborhood although there is construction happening next door. It made for a good weekend location near campgrounds and resorts.
This cabin served as our "overflow" cabin while we stayed at Hill's Resort. The resort is always full when we are there and as our family grows it is difficult to find a suitable place for everyone to stay(we have 3 "cabins" at Hill's already). We have 8 grandchildren and our family continues to grow! This "Cozy Cottage" met all of our needs(it was about 6 minutes from Hill's), was easy to find, and easy to get to.
Our family takes a boating vacation together every summer. We bring our boat so we need a cabin or house to stay. This place is perfect! We had a great week. It has everything you need! Full kitchen, well stocked. We brought our own cast iron pans which was great. Dishwasher, washer and dryer. Beds for easily 5 with a pull out couch. The owner is awesome, helpful, and responds to questions quickly. Can’t wait to come back!
The property was comfortable, clean, well supplied and well designed. We could really make this our home and with access to the garage, our belongings were safe. The only improvement would have been internet. We were largely out of cell phone range and lacking internet meant we were detoxing from electronics. Not a bad thing for a vacation! James was great to work with — responsive and supportive.
Just to make clear there is no view of lake when trees have leaves at least. But a great location, nice sized and good price. This is excellent home base for hikers. Close enough to Upper Lake and a good trail in both directions from cabin.
Plus no noise and good privacy. Well cared for and excellent equipped. No WiFi but good Verizon service. Host wonderful to work with and honest description. Would definitely rerent.
We had a great time at this property. Very clean and peaceful. Super close to the lake, you could easily walk to Kalispell Bay day use area. We would definitely stay here again. The price was very reasonable too.
This was our second stay at this cabin at Priest Lake. It’s very convenient to launch the boat at Priest Lake Marina and spend the day on the lake. The cabin is just the right size for my family and had all the right features to make our stay enjoyable!
This was a great place to stay while visiting the Priest Lake area. We were able to keep our car in their garage. The kitchen was adequate but a few more spoons were needed as you had to wash them all the time. The dryer might need some attention as it kept turning off after about 20 minutes and the clothes were still wet. The cabin was very comfortable and basically met all our needs. We would stay here again.
