Beautiful area. Host was very good communicating. The unit is the basement unit. Very comfortable beds. The unit above could hear us playing games so no noise if tenant above. Very close to Priest Lake and gorgeous hiking.

Great place to stay we would definitely come back.

It was a great experience. Very clean and comfortable. Location was great for riding side by sides. We were able to park our trucks with trailers and restaurants were close by.

We stayed at this VRBO property for my mom's birthday and rented it about a month in advance. While the home itself is nice and has a lot of potential, we were disappointed with its condition upon arrival.The property appeared as though it had not been cleaned or aired out before our stay. There were spiders inside, the house was dusty, and there was a noticeable moldy smell. My dad, brother, and I spent nearly three hours opening windows to ventilate the space, moving furniture, spraying for spiders, and cleaning both inside the home and around the entrance.The location and property itself are appealing, but we wish the owner or management had inspected the home before our arrival and taken the time to ensure it was clean, fresh, and guest-ready. With better housekeeping and maintenance, this could be a wonderful place to stay.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! We booked very last minute after being evacuated from the Spokane area and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the house. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, which we especially appreciated given the circumstances.The home was SO clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. It genuinely felt like they had thought of everything we could possibly need—from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was one of those rentals where you immediately feel comfortable and can tell a lot of thought has gone into making it a great place to stay.I was also a little nervous about it being an apartment with people above us, but that ended up being a complete non-issue. We never heard them and our stay was incredibly peaceful.The only thing to be aware of is the location. It’s not particularly close to the water or resorts, so you’ll need to be comfortable driving back and forth if those are the focus of your trip. Personally, if we came back specifically for a lake vacation, I’d probably choose something closer to the water simply because I like being able to settle in and not leave. But if you don’t mind driving to the lake, resorts, and activities, I would 100% recommend this place.Beautiful, spotless, well-stocked home and a wonderful host. We had a fantastic stay!

Labor Day weekend

This property met our needs. The beds were new and comfortable. The weather was cool so we did need some heat. There were lots of small heaters and when we spoke with the host, he came and lit the fireplace pilot light right away.
