The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two large single beds and a family bathroom with a shower enclosure.

Protaras Green Bay Villa By the Sea is located in one of the best locations of Protaras, Green Bay, just 1 minutes' walk to the Beach. Central Protaras is about 1.5km away and within a 1km radius from the villa you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, watersports, organised beach and much more.

Protaras year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly becoming the most popular destination for family vacations. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Protaras is fantastic for everyone!

The nearest beach is Green Bay and a bit further down is Vyzakia Beach both with white sand and crystal-clear blue waters. There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras-Pernera also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa.

There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Within 2-5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.

Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.

For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
