Great location and parking nearby for extra charge. Ian is a lovely host. It's quite expensive just for an ensuite room, but it is a great place to stay.

Ian is an attentive host when communicating with guests. The property is clean and cosy. We really enjoyed our stay at the boathouse and the attention our host gave us. I would certainly stay with Ian again.

Gorgeous home & delightful hosts. My girlfriend & I had a wonderful time. I'd reccomend getting around Brighton via the Beryl busses or the bus both of which you can get easily from the house.

Amazing experience, through and through !We had a very enjoyable stay. Fabulous property. Great en suite bedroom - comfy bed. Beautiful decor. Lovely toiletries available. The hosts were really helpful, communicated really well. The location is a 1 minute walk to the sea & 5 mins to fabulous cafes & restaurants. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommended

Perfect Place

What a great find for a weekend away. Made to feel very welcome despite the Covid climate...very comfortable and cozy room in an ideal location to explore Hove and Brighton, looking forward to a return visit.

Nicole & Chris were a delight to have around our home. Very easy going from the initial booking all the way through until departure....The ensuite was left as near to 'as new' as is possible... 100% always welcome back and naturally would recommend to all other hosts.

It really is "Home Away from Home"

Love staying with Matt and Ian, we are made so welcome and feel totally relaxed. Their home is beautiful and situated very close to Brighton just a 20 stroll. Lovely cafes and restaurants just 3 mins walk up the lane and bus stops. Can't wait until our next stay!

Great stay in Brighton

Real home from home in a lovely welcoming Homestay in Brighton. Hosts were great company, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Ensuite room was immaculate with lovely extra touches. Would definitely recommmend. Within easy walking distance to Brighton along seafront.
