Gorgeous Property

We had a lovely stay at Annita's home. Everything one would want in a home for- All amenities, beautifully furnished. A great kitchen to cook in- though there are so many restaurants that we get a chance to cook. The internet is a bit slow, but who wants to be online when one is on vacation. Really loved our stay

Maison bien équipée, propre et spacieuse avec une très belle vue depuis la terrasse. Wi-Fi performant, ce qui de nos jours est un plus. Pour nous qui venions faire de la randonnée, elle est idéalement située.

Séjour mitigé

Impression mitigée sur le séjour: maison très belle et prestations de qualité; emplacement assez pratique et accès facile à de nombreuses activités (Golfe d'Orosei, village d'Orgosolo, Nuoro, rivières et randonnées). Par contre l'annonce est mensongère: uniquement le 1er et le 2ème étage nous ont été mis à disposition, le rez-de-chaussée de 100m2 (qui n'avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée) et la cave de 80m2 ont été fermés par Annita dès le dimanche matin avec l'explication qu'ils étaient réservés à l'usage privé... Enfin, il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que la 4ème minuscule chambre n'est accessible qu'en passant par une autre chambre à 2 petits lits et doit donc être réservée à un enfant. Ma fille de 24 ans a préféré installer son matelas dans le séjour plutôt que de l'utiliser! Dommage parce que la maison a beaucoup de charme et si on veut que les invités gardent une bonne impression il faut être honnete dans le descriptif.

Gentile Marie-Helene grazie per le belle parole che hai usato per apprezzare la mia villa sia riguardo alla qualità dei servizi offerti sia riguardo alla sua posizione. Mi dispiace molto che tu scriva che il mio annuncio è falso. L'annuncio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione degli spazi a disposizione degli ospiti .La villa (180 mq più loggiati , portici , verande coperte ,terrazza-solarium e giardino) é disposta su 2 piani. -Primo piano( 100 mq) comprende la zona notte con tre camere da letto ampie e luminose :1 camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, due camere con due letti singoli ,una cameretta con divano letto per coppia con figlio,1 bagno completo) . - Secondo piano (80 mq) comprende : soggiorno ampio e luminoso con zona salotto , pranzo , TV , camino , terrazza , solarium , cucina-pranzo ben attrezzata con due verande coperte , bagno di servizio. Nella descrizione dell’annuncio non si fa riferimento né al piano terra né alla cantina che sono riservati a uso privato non disponibile per gli ospiti(è per tale motivo che questa zona non è stata pulita prima del vostro arrivo). Come ti ho spiegato, nel messaggio che ti ho inviato , c'è stata una distrazione da parte della signora che si occupa delle pulizie che si è dimenticata di chiudere l'accesso al piano terra e alla cantina. Per i sei ospiti prenotati ho preparato tre camera da letto : la camera matrimoniale e due camere con due letti singoli . Non era pertanto previsto l'utilizzo della cameretta con divano letto. Sono veramente dispiaciuta del disagio creato e chiedo scusa di questo. Cordiali saluti Annita.

1e klas luxe woning

Een op hoog luxe niveau uitgeruste, vrijstaande villa, uitsluitend voor eigen gebruik, in rustige woonwijk aan de rand van Oliena. De villa is volledig voorzien van Airco, zeker in de periode juni,juli augustus een must, met een eigen parkeerplek onder de woning. De tuin is meer een siertuin, geen grasveld o.i.d . Het terras op de 3e verdieping is zeer ruim en bevat stoelen en ligbedden van prima kwaliteit. Wij waren in augustus 2020 in de villa , het was toen uitzonderlijk warm, zeker op het terras. De villa leent zich bij uitstek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving in midden Sardinië maar ook richting Oost en Westkust (Orosei /Oristano ) te verkennen, schitterende stranden en mooie kusten, het wegennet is prima. Nabij gelegen Nationale natuurparken ideaal voor wandelaars. Oliena heeft alle basis voorzieningen, grote supermarkt een patisserie, restaurant maar verder als dorp niet zoveel te bieden. Annita, eigenaresse, goede gastvrouw en snel beschikbaar indien noodzakelijk.

Luxus-Villa in ruhiger Wohnlage

Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen und hat alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Wir haben eine wirklich tolle Zeit dort verbracht und können uns nur bei Annita, der supernetten Eigentümerin bedanken, dass sie dieses Schmuckstück als Ferienhaus anbietet!
