The layout of this home is designed for both privacy and group gatherings:

First Floor: Features three bedrooms, including the Master Suite, and two full bathrooms.

Second Floor: An open-concept space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for six, and a comfortable living room. A fourth bedroom and the third full bathroom are also on this level.

Outdoor Living: Relax on the covered deck or climb to the elevated observation deck to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the surrounding coastal community.

This house is amazing! We had 9 people staying here because we traveled from Colorado Springs for my nephew's wedding and this house was beautiful and accommodating for all of us. The whole experience was fantastic and the communication was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect beach vacation house!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Cottage House! We have grown children that meet us at the beach from other cities and this property had the parking spaces we needed, very comfortable beds and bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, outdoor shower to rinse off, neighborhood pool that is across the street and a very short stroll to the beach. I would definitely rent this house again. My family loved it!

We enjoyed out week long stay here with extended family. It was a lovely location a short, easy walk to the beach. The house had everything needed to a grand week at the beach. The owners were very helpful when we called with questions about local attractions as well. We really loved that it was outside of the busyness of Destin. Love it and hope to come back soon.

Great Vacation with Teenagers

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Cottage House. The accommodations were great. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Amenities were good. We had use of the pool to ourselves majority of the time. Our four teenagers were always entertained. Short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortably cool! Would vacation there again!
