50m2 apartment, completely renovated, on the 1st floor of an individual property fenced by an electric gate, garage, terrace in the garden.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen: 2 hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher.
2 bathrooms with showers, washbasins and toilets.
2 large bedrooms, one with 140x190 bedding and the other 160x200.
1 living room with sofa and television.
The property is located 5 minutes walk from the city center, the pretty port of St Goustan and the train station of Auray, 7 kms from Ste Anne d 'Auray.
About 15 minutes from the beaches of Trinité-sur-Mer (Grand Port), Carnac (menhirs) and the peninsula of Quiberon (Wild Coast).
Possibility of excursion of the Gulf of Morbihan by boat.
The supermarkets are also nearby 5 minutes by car.

Comfortable and clean apartment, with just about everything one could need, available. Two good beds and showers - immaculate. Hosts were very helpful and friendly, making it a great place to stay. Great location, too, for exploring the local area.

Sejour tres agréable à Auray

La location correspond parfaitement au descriptif, très bien équipée, très propre et possibilité de laisser sa voiture dans un garage.Localisation idéale permettant d'aller à pied à la gare prendre le TER tire bouchon pour passer la journée à Quiberon ou aller faire ses courses alimentaires aux halles ou flaner dans le centre ville ou profiter du port de Saint Goustan. Beaucoup de choses à découvrir à proximité.

Couple très sympathique et très accueillant

Nous avons passé une semaine à visiter la famille, frère, cousine, belle-sœur. Ce qui fait que nous ne comptons pas les heures passées autour d'une table !!!

très bon séjour à Auray

Les propriétaires de ce logement sont très accueillants, conviviaux et chaleureux. Le logement, qui est bien situé, est très agréable, propre et bien aménagé. Depuis Auray, on a la possibilité de découvrir les magnifiques paysages que nous offrent le Morbihan et son golfe. Je garde précieusement les coordonnées de cet endroit où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Adresse à retenir...

Accueil très agréable, logement très très propre, lumineux, proche des visites que nous souhaitions faire. Nous avons pu rentrer notre véhicule en toute sécurité. Le seul hic est que l utilisation de la machine à laver et la table à repasser à utilisation commune et je n ai pas pu repasser mon linge sur les 3 derniers jours en l absence de la table à repasser que je n'ai pas osé réclamer, cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir...

Un appartement très propre et fonctionnel, des hôtes très accueillants et de nombreuses destinations proches (moins de 20 km) : ria d'Etel avec l'île de Saint Cado et le banc de sable à l'embouchure, côte sauvage de la presqu'île de Quiberon, vieux pont et sentier côtier du Bono, ports pour embarquer vers les îles...

Bon logement à Auray bien situé

Etage de la maison (avec sa propre entrée et carport) chez les propriétaires est à l'état neuf et très bien insonorisé du rez-de-chaussée. Bien équipé pour la vie de 4 personnes (dans notre cas). Propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants. on a passé un super séjour et découvert Auray, une belle ville bien située pour visiter la région du Morbihan.

LOGEMENT impeccable

Des hôtes très agréables et qui sont bienveillants. J ai même eu droit le jour du départ à mon bouquet de muguet pour le 1er mai. Quelle belle attention. Nous comptons refaire un séjour chez eux. Le logement est très agréable et très propre. Garage pour la voiture. Quartier calme. Je le recommande.

Nous n’avons que des compliments à faire au sujet de cette location!!! Elle correspond parfaitement à la description du site. Très bien aménagée, d’une propreté exceptionnelle, parfaitement située pour visiter. Madame Cartron et son mari sont des gens charmants, soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires et très chaleureux. découverte du Morbihan

accueil chaleureux, la location était conforme a la description et d'une propreté. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons profiter du cadre avec grand plaisir. Terrasse très bien exposée et le jardin très bien entretenu. Proche de tous sites touristiques, parfait pour les sorties sans faire trop de km. Propriétaire a l'écoute de et de bons conseils. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
