Between the mountains, being part of a paradisaical landscape between the sea and the greenery, this beautiful house for 6 people and with an infinity pool is waiting for you on the outskirts of Andratx.
The simple greenery outside will make our guests to wish to spend time there, dreaming and evading from the rest of the world. A swim in the pool, while admiring the amazing views, is a total privilege. This is a chlorine pool sizing 12 x 6 metres and with a 1.40 to 1.60 metres depth. You will enjoy the breakfasts at the terrace or the never ending nice evenings under the porch. And just imagine the beautiful sunset while leaning back into one of the 6 sun loungers, watching the town starting to light up. If you feel like it, you can also entertain yourselves without going out, spending family moments at the living room of the attached building, where you will also find a pool table and a shower bathroom. Next to the house there is a direct neighbour.

The house, a complete melting of modern and traditional styles, offers a feeling of complete peace. Here, you will find the great living room -featured with a wood stove and satellite TV-, the dining area and the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove and a wood stove. There also are three bedrooms -with a closet and a fan each-, and two shower bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer a double bed, although one of them also has an en-suite bathroom. The last bedroom has two single beds. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available. The house also is perfect for the coldest months since it features oil central heating. At the terrace, you will also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The surroundings of this finca are exceptional. It is located in the area of the Puig de Garrafa, within a 700.000 m2 property full of olive trees, cypresses, laurels and fig trees, where time stops while enjoying long walks or excursions, even. You will reach the beaches of Camp de Mar, Platja Palmira or Cala Fornells in a few minutes by car. The centre of Andratx is only 4 km away, and there you will find all needed basic services for an independent stay. Puerto de Andratx is a luxury spot, perfect to have a walk while admiring the boats and yachts.

Please note that it is very important to leave the entrance gate always closed, either when you enter or when you go out, since local animals like sheep live in the property.

Rustic property with beautiful pool and views

As a family we liked that the property was rustic and simple. There is plenty of seating including for dinning and in the shade. The pool was a big hit and the views of the sea and mountain Garrafa behind the property were lovely. For us it was ideal that the pool was down a level with a gate as we had 2 kids under 5 with us. We also made use of the BBQ, pizza oven and paella ring. There is no bath but there is a large walk in shower in the family bathroom so bath time became shower time! The property is located off the MA-1 which is a main road. it is a sharp right turn to enter. Left turn not permitted so need to do short loop up to next junction to one back on yourself to enter. Not a major issue once we had figured that out! There is no AC at the property only fans. We stayed end of May and property stayed cool though. There are bugs- need lots of repellent. There is an adjoining 3 bedroom villa but both have great privacy. Might be ideal though if 2 families wanted their own space and booked them together. Also given the cost I think they could provide swimming towels.

Insgesamt tolle Lage, auch sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, Swimmingpool (gesichert durch Tor für Kleinkinder) und Gartenanlage gepflegt und sauber; zum Haus: Bäder toll und neu saniert, Schlafen/Matratzen gut, ausreichend Handtücher; Kritik: Küche überholungsbedürftig ( Kühlschrank kühlte nicht ausreichend, Pfannen und Töpfe könnten erneuert werden, es fehlten Geschirrhandtücher); fehlende Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern; keine ausreichende Klimaanlage; Müllentsorgung war sehr aufwendig und umständlich

Traumhafte Lage, toller Blick aufs Meer und die Natur, großer Pool und zwei Terrassen die so groß sind, dass man ein Restaurant betreiben könnte. Riesiges, sehr liebevoll gepflegtes Grundstück. Offenbar ein Haus noch neben dran - von dem haben wir aber nichts mitbekommen, aber ansonsten absolute Alleinlage. Unbedingte Empfehlung!

Décevant pour le prix

La maison est grande avec une belle terrasse mais qui ne donne pas sur la piscine directement. L’accès à la maison est sur une voie rapide comme si vous sortiez de l’autoroute par une voie de service comme un patrouilleur ! C’est déroutant et assez dangereux pour rentrer ou sortir de chez vous ! Le terrain autour de la maison est immense mais. La piscine est magnifique tout en étant très grande. Dommage que la vue soit gêné par les poteaux électriques au loin. La vue reste quand même splendide. Il y une sorte de sous bassement proche de la piscine avec une grande chambre avec un billard vieillot qui ne sert à rien. Ce qui est dommage vous ne pouvez pas déjeuner ou dîner près de la piscine sans devoir remonter vers la cuisine, c’est mal fichu. Si vous avez de petits ne sachant pas nager, vous n’avez aucune vue sur la piscine ce qui est dangereux si n enfant décide d’aller se baigner seul. La maison est plus adaptée dès 7ans. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont parfaites et refaites. Le salon, la cuisine sont old style avec des meubles en bois d’un autre temps. L’électroménager dans la cuisine est globalement vieux. Grille pain,cafetière, presse agrume que des produis bas de gamme. Quand nous sommes arrivés plus de gaz obligé d’appeler l’agence ce qui n’es pas normal à ce prix.La vaisselle est faite de bri broc qui sent la maison de famille où tout le monde apporte ses vieilles fourchettes ses fonds de placards etc. Les poêles sont hors d’âge c’est pas normal. Un truc aussi tout bête il faut emporter ses poubelles en voiture pour aller les jeter c’est galère en vacances, personnellement je n’ai pas envie de ça. Aucun container à poubelle dans la maison! C’est pas grave en soit mais vu le prix de la location on peut s’attendre à plus classe et plus de fonctionnalité sans demander un luxe extrême. Autre point noir la voie rapide en contre bas qui donne un léger bruit en permanence amplifié par les montagnes c’est pénible surtout la nuit. Vous aurez aussi les avions certes en hauteur mais encore du bruit à prévoir surtout le week-end. Il y aussi une mitoyenneté pas gênante en soit si vous n’avez pas de fêtards. Mitoyenneté non indiquée dans l’annonce. La maison mériterait aussi une climatisation plutôt que des ventilateurs qui ne servent à rien. La chaleur est infernale dedans. Malgré tout nous avons passés de bonne vacances et de bons moments mais le rapport qualité prix n’est pas à la hauteur des prestations et de l’environnement.
