Villa of 200 M2 with 4 bedrooms fully renovated and decorated in a wooded park of 4000 m2 5 minutes from the beaches of Biarritz, Bidart and Guéthary.
The house is close to all the major golf courses in the area.
The house is not overlooked and is very quiet. It has private indoor and outdoor parking for several cars.
It is 5 minutes from Biarritz by road. There are buses in Arbonne to reach the center of Biarritz and the beaches.
The house has 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms on the terrace and 1 on the mezzanine.

Mes amis et moi avons passés un superbe week-end dans la maison de Thierry. La maison est tout simplement superbe (très propre, au calme et conforme aux photos dans l’annonce). La communication avec Thierry a été très simple, sa gentillesse, son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité ont été très appréciés. Une maison dans laquelle nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir.
