Semi-detached villa with independent entrance on 3 levels completely FURNISHED with courtyard and independent parking spaces. The villa has on the ground floor the living area, composed of ENTRANCE, LIVING ROOM with fireplace and large windows, KITCHEN, BATHROOM and terrace of about 30 square meters;
On the 1st floor 3 BEDROOMS with BATHROOM;
On the 2nd attic floor BEDROOM with BATHROOM and compartment. A huge garden surrounds the house creating a private parking at the entrance and a beautiful solarium with shower in the back.
The villa is equipped with all comforts, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, private shower in the garden hidden by a beautiful hedge, outdoor table and chairs.
In addition, a 500-liter autoclave was installed to overcome the difficulties of lack of water in the evening during the summer to which the area is subject.
Marina di Minturno offers a beautiful promenade, where free beach areas or bathing establishments with umbrellas and sunbeds for hire alternate. Along the beach there are several bars and restaurants. Very close to Formia and Gaeta.
