T1 bis, wifi, main room with fitted kitchen, living room with sofa, the shower room with wc, bedroom on a mezzanine with a bed 140, (the staircase is not suitable for the elderly), a small terrace in front the bay window with table and chairs. Free open parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The housing is equipped this year with a mobile air conditioning installed on the mezzanine to refresh the premises.
40m2 housing set back from the street and its hustle and bustle. A small terrace rather intimate, lined with Mediterranean plants for a pleasant morning breakfast. Near the historic center (Medieval city) 15/20 minutes walk. A lake is 10 minutes by car, swimming, catering. Commercial area five minutes drive.

Peaceful Setting

We stayed at one of Roland's apartments for a few nights whilst the Tour de France was in town, they are in a lovely quiet area but not close to anything but it's only a 25 minute walk or a short drive to the centre of town or the old town. There are also supermarkets a similar distance away. The apartments are nicer than they actually look in the photo's with a lovely outside area to sit in and a small kitchen which has most things you need to cobble together a bite to eat. When we arrived the aircon unit in our apartment was away for repair which we weren't warned about in advance, for our second night Roland moved us to another apartment that did have aircon without any problems at all. An enjoyable stay in a lovely peaceful location - note that the access to the mezzanine is basically a ladder so definitely not for the old or infirm.
