Splendid holiday villa renovated with quality materials. The town is Montebello, on a small hill with a breathtaking view of Camaiore and the surrounding hills. Very quiet location, offers a sensational view, appreciable also from the private pool (7.30 meters x 3.80 meters x 1.30 meters). The exterior of the house consists mainly of olive groves. The property is fenced and has a remote-controlled gate. A beautiful sun terrace invites you to admire the landscape, is ideal for lunches, dinners and even barbecues with barbecue. An outdoor shower is available at the back of the house. Air conditioning in every room and free Wi-Fi Internet service. The car can be parked on the property. Pets are allowed.
The available area is approximately 70 m². Beautiful, new and tasteful decor. The ground floor consists of an open kitchen, a nice living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table.
