The villa 'Les Oyats', classified 5 stars by the tourist office of Capbreton, is a construction of 2007, very well maintained (paintings redone regularly) in a quiet area at the end of a dead end. Parking, garden and secure heated pool. The interior welcomes you with every comfort, from the kitchen to the 4 bedrooms, via the living room and the dining room, to the bays opening onto the covered terrace and the swimming pool. Electric shutters, air conditioning in each room, pocket bays, everything is provided to relax. The city center is a 2-minute walk away, with its typical regional product market every two days. The supervised beach 'La Piste' is a 5-minute walk away, cycle path right out of the house ....
