Hi we are Paul & Barbara hello and welcome to our family home which when we are away we are pleased to welcome guests, the house is situated in a small quite close of six houses in a residential area.
The house is close to Hope University, Penny Lane, Strawberry fields and the homes of the famous Beatles, there are easy public transport routes the city, both football stadiums and Aintree racecourse. Easy access to motorway and major arterial roads into the city centre, local bus transport is only a few minutes walk, Broad Green railway station is a 10/15 minute walk and has a direct (3 stop) link into Liverpool Lime Street station and the city centre and further links to Manchester and the major rail network.
The first floor comprises of two double bedrooms, with wardrobes and one single bedroom, bathroom with wash basin, toilet, bath and over bath shower.
Super Fast Fibre optic broadband Wi-fi available throughout the house and there is Off road Parking for 2 cars.
It is a 5 / 10 minute walk to both bus and rail direct into the city centre and to both football grounds, it is a short drive / walk from Strawberry fields, Penny lane and the childhood homes of John, Paul, George and Ringo.
There is a selection of restaurant's, take away's and public house a 5 minute walk away with further selection of eateries nearby.
