Villa in the Langhe area
The house has 2 floors:
-> on the ground floor there is:
the living room,
one bathroom,
in front of the pool
the acces to the garden and the pool.
-> On the first floor there are:
4 bedrooms (one with a sofabed)
and one bathroom.
There is the parking for your cars and a barbeque to enjoy the hot sunny days with the pool.
Private pool, garden, private terrace and parking. The house is complitly renovated and fully equipped. You can enjoy the pool during the sunny days, but you can also do some sightseeing, taste the italian cusine, the good wine of the area and our specialties of the reagione Piemonte.
We live 15 minutes from the house, but I have to my family in Castagnole. We will come to the house and you will be happy to help you discover the region. After the check in, we will interact with you as soon as possible. If there will be problems we will be ready to go as fast as we can. Please discover this beautiful region.
Energy cost are not included in price. Price is 0.35 Euro per kw / h
Gas cost are not included in price. Price is 1. 80 Euro per m2
