Rent apartment F1 bis 35 m² duplex to the Gulf of Lava, located 21 km north of the city of Ajaccio in a village with supermarket and restaurants.
My apartment is 50 meters from a large sandy beach, with beautiful views across the Gulf.
It consists of a lounge with TV and sofa-bed that can serve as second bedroom, a bathroom toilet, a kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, mini oven, washing machine opening onto a terrace balcony and sea view 180 °, and a bedroom upstairs with two beds (one 140 and the other 90).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Appartement très bien situé, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Endroit très calme, reposant avec un accès direct à une très belle plage. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte qui nous a très bien conseillé sur le secteur. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre et idéalement situé (possibilité de tout faire à pied et la plage est à 2 pas). Le Golfe de Lava est un merveilleux site à découvrir, nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute!Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne qui s'occupe des entrées/sorties, nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, rénovation récente, en particulier la cuisine et la salle de bains (très appréciable). Environnement calme. Nous avons également apprécié la propreté du logement à notre arrivée. Rien à dire!

Pas de surprise location conforme à la description et très fonctionnelle. Bien équipée il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Et cette vue!Magnifique ! Le propriétaire est très gentil et répond à toutes nos questions. Plage de rêve à 50m. De loin nos plus belles vacances.😍

Cependant, je pense que le mot "habitation" n'est pas approprié et que celle-ci est plus que "correcte". Ayant mis 4 étoiles sur 5 pour l'ensemble de votre séjour et de votre location, y'aurait-il une erreur ?

Appartement parfait pour une famille avec enfants. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine au Golfe de Lava. Très bien situé pour partir à la découverte de la Corse et aéroport tout proche. Bon accueil et propriétaire très attentionné. Merci

Chère Madame Jufer, Je vous remercie d'avoir posté ce commentaire, qui une fois encore, me fait très plaisir... La Corse, et plus spécifiquement le Golfe de Lava est très agréable et très calme en cette période, propice au repos. La situation de mon appartement et sa disposition se prête bien pour l'accueil des familles avec son parc et sa localisation en bord de plage. Nous espérons très sincèrement, Madame BONARDI et moi même, vous accueillir à nouveau au Golfe de Lava pour votre prochain séjour en Corse..... A prestu (A bientôt).

Les pieds dans l'eau....

L'appartement est propre, très bien aménagé et équipé, et bénéficie d'une superbe vue sur le golfe. En outre, il est tout proche de la mer. Donc, idéal pour un plongeon matinal !! Le propriétaire est disponible, répond rapidement à toutes les questions et vous donne de bons conseils. Par ailleurs, l'appartement est bien situé par rapport à Ajaccio et Piana (tout en se rappelant qu'il s'agit de routes "corses"). Je recommande en toute confiance

Situation dans un petit coin de paradis

Notre séjour s'est déroulé hors saison (vacances de printemps) et à cette période il n'y a quasiment pas de touristes au golfe de Lava. On peut donc se balader sur une plage désertique avec autour des paysages magnifiques. Le logement est très bien situé face à la mer (on entend le bruit de l'eau, fenêtres ouvertes). Il est fidèle aux photos placées sur le site et propre. A noter : un très bon accueil par la personne qui en est en charge. Séjour dont nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs....

L'avant saison et surtout l'arrière saison sont les periodes les plus agréables pour visiter la corse et pour profiter du calme du golfe de lava. Madame Bonardi (qui s'occupe de mon appartement sur place) et moi-même essayons de faire tout notre possible pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable. Le golfe de lava est un endroit magique, et nous serions ravis de vous y accueillir à nouveau pour votre prochain séjour en corse.

Calme mais très calme en Septembre. Belle plage avec mer chaude et tres limpide. Appartement bien équipé et sur la plage. Très jolie vue sur le golf. J y reviendrais.
