Apartment with 3 bedrooms: the first giving access to the balcony facing the slopes, with a double bed 160 cm, the second with 1 TV, 1 double bed 160 cm, and the last, smaller, with a bed of 120 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm superimposed. Living room with corner sofa, sitting area, TV and wifi, opening onto a balcony with views of the slopes. Fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room. 1 bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail. Independent toilet. Linens can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
Numerous storage.
Ski lockers.
Parking in front of the residence, reserved for residents.
Large free public parking (Les Perrières) in front.
Ski area Les Gets / Morzine. Caisse des Perrières to purchase packages in front of the residence. Sports shop / equipment rental (skis, sledges ...) in front of the residence. Access to SPA center town hotels upon prior reservation. Indoor swimming pool and hammam in Morzine (5 km). Lake with supervised swimming in the summer. Adventure Park in season. Golf 18 holes in season.
