Villa Ginestra is located on a relief approx. 500m as the crow flies from the Sea, surrounded by greenery, enjoying a wonderful view over the whole Costa degli Dei, between the Gulf of St. Eufemia and Tropea. On the horizon, on the clearest days it is possible to admire all the seven Aeolian Islands and in particular the Stromboli volcano which dominates the scene. Spectacular sunsets over the sea and a light and continuous sea breeze will make you appreciate the tranquility of the place and make you enjoy your holiday.

The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, window and balcony overlooking the sea, all furnished and equipped with all comforts, sat-tv and air conditioning included. In the large garden surrounding the Villa, surrounded by olive trees, palm trees and colorful flowers there is also a barbecue area for barbecues.

A picco sul mare

La casa é semplicemente favolosa. L'appartamento fa parte di una villa vista mare posizionata in alto su Marina di Zambrone. C'é una vista talmente bella e ampia sul mare e sulla costa che vi ipnotizzerà ogni volta che passerete in sala, dove si trovano delle ampissime finestre che favoriscono l'affaccio. Ogni momento della giornata é bellissimo fermarsi a guardare, ma il tramonto é il momento migliore, si vedono anche le Eolie. La posizione é ottima, a 10 min da Tropea, 20 da Capo Vaticano e 30 da Pizzo. Spiagge ovunque. Silenziosa, vi sono altri appartamenti vacanza nella stessa villa quindi gli spazi comuni sono in condivisione. Ampio parcheggio interno. L'appartamento é un ampio bilocale, sempre fresco e arieggiato a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Lo consiglio.
