A sunny enclosed garden (dog proof) perfect for enjoying a BBQ and long delicious glass of something! Great for birdwatching (between two major bird sanctuaries - Mersehead and Caerlaverock), close to two of the 7 Stanes mountain biking routes, a championship golf course a few miles away (Southerness) and fantastic countryside all around so very popular with artists and walkers.
