The house can sleep seven people in four bedrooms which are made up of a first floor super king-size with an en-suite shower room, a first floor double and a ground floor double as well as a ground floor single as well as a first floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The rest of the house is made up of a second floor open plan living accommodation with kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with patio doors to glass fronted balcony. Set in a wonderful location, Welymora is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, grill and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, Wifi, selection of games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Private car port and parking for 2 cars. Front garden and second floor glass balcony with sea views. One well behaved dog welcome (not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and town centre 10 mins walk. Beach 50 yards. Note: Children must be supervised on the balcony
