An independent property very well located.
You have sunset views and a very big plot around the house . The location of the house is such a place that is 2 km from the airport, without disturbing noises , it's 7 minutes by the car , from Alyki. A beautiful village by the sea , with excellent restaurants and bars , also there you can find supermarket and bakery .
The property is 8 km from the main port of Paros . It is also 3 km away from the famous kiteboarding center and the port o Punda that provides you access to Antiparos
island. The most beautiful beaches of the island are 2 km to 12 km away from the house .

Wonderful

Great place, wonderful host. Billy had everything at the house that you needed, he met us at the port, he had fruit, water, coffee, paper products etc. the place is lovely with lots of outdoor space. We enjoyed a sunset every night. We would definitely stay at this property again. We loved Paros and hope to return again. Many thanks Billy

Great location and beautiful terrace

We enjoyed our stay at Billy’s house very much and wished we could stay longer. Indeed, the house is very spacious, easy to access, well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the large terrace and its sofas where the view and the sunset are unforgettable. Billy was very welcoming and had stuffed the fridge as we had never seen before : we could have spent a few days without doing any grocery shopping. Should you want to stay at Billy’s house, you will not regret it !

We stayed here for 9 says and it was perfect. The property offers amazing views of Antiparos, especially as the sun sets. Getting to the house is simple, I would recommend having your own transportation when staying here. Getting to towns and beaches is convenient as it's located on one of the main roads that goes around Paros. The parking is off street and gated, the property felt very secure. The house was so clean I felt embarrassed when I got home and saw the state of my own. A grocery store is just a 5-minute drive and Aliki is very close. Overall, this property met or exceeded all our expectations. We were able to explore the entire island and felt safe & secluded during our stay. Billy is a very responsive host and gave us a fantastic list of recommended beaches and restaurants for us to explore during our time on Paros.

Billy is the kindest host!

Billy must be the kindest host we ever had! Nothing was too much for him, and the attention to detail in his home - all the little extra touches- were just amazing! The house too, is wonderfully equipped , with beautiful tiled floors, modern appliances and high end finishes. We would highly recommend this property to others! (PS. I did. already write a review, but vrbo is asking me for another, so it is possible the my other review didn’t upload somehow, or else there are now two reviews from me! Lol)

We booked this place and fully paid through expedia approximately 3 months before our stay, around 3 weeks before our stay,they refunded our money and gave the place to somebody else,when i contacted expedia,they didnt help!! When i contacted owners,they said something went wrong and that they had to give to another family!!!!we were left without a place and searching last minute for last minute accommodations,also at alot higher prices. I dont think thats fair for a family with 2 kids!!! I do not think that was fair for a family with 2 kids

Perfect stay!

The house is beautiful and a perfect, central location. Close to the airport, Aliki, Pounda and Paralikia which have supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. The house is very clean and Billy is very accessible to answer any questions you may have. If ever in Paros again, we will definitely stay again. We loved the outdoor apace with the beautiful views of Pounda and Antiparos. I recommend Billy's House.

Maison magnifique, assez centrale pour visiter l’île mais une voiture est nécessaire Billy est ultra gentil et disponible La maison est ultra bien équipée , tant dans la salle de bain que dans la cuisine (vin eau , huile vinaigre confiture beurre fruits café thé etc…) rien ne manquait Des matelas confortables, une Clim silencieuse, ceci ajoute à une terrasse de rêve avec coucher de soleil exceptionnel….bref la meilleure location de nos 3 semaines de vacances sur les lises grecques.

Great stay with a view.

The place was perfectly suited for our family with small children. The house is very nice. Big and convenient with an amazing terrace with a view on the sea shore. Easy access from Pariklia. Bill our host was very kind and helpful all along our stay. I really recommend this stay.

Great stay at Billy 's home

Our stay was great and very confortable in the house of Billy. You have everyrhing you need in this big house, next To Aliky where you can find everyrhing you need to have great holidays (rent a boat, scuba diving ).the place To be .

Excellent séjour à paros

Maison tres agréable qui correspond à la description de l annonce. Très spacieux. Literies très confortables Très belle vue mer depuis la terrasse. Excellent accueil du propriétaire à notre arrivée qui fut toujours très disponible . Service de ménage 2 fois par semaine inclus fort appréciable. Un endroit très reposant et idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Our holiday in Paros

We had an amazing stay at Billy’s house. Billy has been very responsive and helped us with our queries; he even came to pick us up from the port. The house is simply beautiful, not far from the airport and in a quiet location. We had all the comforts of an hotel, with clean towels and all that we needed for our stay. My favourite part of the house were the outdoor areas, overlooking the seaside. I will definitely recommend this property for your vacation in the beautiful island of Paros!
