A near-beach idyllic sea view traditional villa in Paros, Cyclades

This semi-detached villa is part of a traditional picturesque village-like complex but with full privacy. The architect has followed not only the traditional Cycladic way of stone-building but he has also respectfully exploited the orientation and the natural environmental surroundings. The view to west and south is spectacularly panoramic, allowing you to enjoy the sun, the uninterrupted sea view and breathtaking sunsets over Antiparos island. The villa is situated on the hill that overlooks Farangas beach (only 700 m. away) one of Paros most exquisite sandy seashores.
The villa comprises of three levels. The 1st level constitutes of 2 bedrooms, one with a double “queen” bed, built-in closets and the other one with two single beds, built-in closets too and an independent bathroom with shower. This level exits to the front pergola and the garden. The 2nd level constitutes of the living room with built-in couches and fireplace, a fully-equipped open plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In this level there is the main entrance of the house and the two main verandas, both overlooking the sea view. There is also a private parking. The 3nd level (loft) has one large double bed, floor-couches and A/C. The total surface of the house is 120 sq. m., and the total surface with the garden and pergolas is 400 sq. m

Beautiful views

We stayed in the villa for seven nights in early May. The villa is part of a complex of about a dozen villas that have the feel of a Greek hillside village. The place was clean, spacious, airy, and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. I would describe the kitchen as a cook's kitchen: well-equipped and ideal for cooking some meals at the house. The views from the villa are spectacular. It is a quiet place. The only sounds were the local sparrows and the occasional distant hum of a fishing boat far below in the sea. The host was in contact and very responsive. The nearby town of Aliki has many excellent seaside restaurants and Agkairia traditional bakery for fresh artisanal bread every day. The hardest thing about our stay was having to leave, as we grew quite attached to the place -- certainly a memorable place.

The home was beautiful. It was very clean and the views were incredible. We were greeted by the manager, Mariana, who was very nice and showed us around the house. The house is very comfortable and has multiple outdoor sitting areas. The back terraces have amazing views of the ocean, mountains and the sunset! Faragas beach is a 3 minute drive away. We plan on staying here again in the future

We stayed at Mountain Top Villa in Paros with our four kids, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The villa was exceptionally clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything a family could need, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, reliable Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen. There was plenty of room for our family of six to spread out and relax.The host was fantastic to deal with. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they provided great recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, and local attractions, which made exploring the island so much easier.The real showstopper is the breathtaking 180-degree panoramic view overlooking the sea and Paros. Every evening we gathered as a family to watch the sunset from the terrace, and those moments became some of our favorite memories of the vacation.It’s true that the driveway is steep, and it takes a little confidence the first couple of times driving up. However, we quickly got used to it, and the incredible views and privacy made it more than worthwhile.We highly recommend Mountain Top Villa to anyone visiting Paros, especially families looking for a spacious, peaceful, and well-appointed place to stay. If we’re fortunate enough to return to Paros, this will absolutely be our first choice again.

Views, Views and more beautiful views

Elia’s villa has the most gorgeous views. Her property Manager, Marianna was super responsive and helpful with recommendations for dining places. She even helped us get our luggage when it didn’t make it over to the island with us. It is a quaint little place to relax and explore different parts each day.

Great choice

The house has the best views in Paros and the location is well connected with main beaches and towns. Elia is great and the communication was always really easy and she made us feel home. We hardly recommend to stay in this house .

Perfect Paros

We had a very relaxing time with our adult family group. Beautiful ocean and sunset views. Very peaceful location with easy access by car to anywhere you want to venture. We spent many lovely evenings around the large outdoor table catching up with family and friends. Elia was very responsive and available by telephone or messaging for any questions about the property. Thank you Elia. We will most definitely be back.

Wonderful house with view

We have enjoyed a wonderful 2-week period of holidays in Elia’s amazing house ! The view on the sea and the islands around is incredible, with magnificent sunsets and sunrises ! The house itself is very well distributed with different terraces allowing to benefit from the landscape all along the day The location is perfect, close to beaches, to the airport and in a calm area Last but not least, Elia has always been very reactive, helpful and warm to ensure we had everything needed during our stay I can only recommend her house ! Beautiful house with spectacular views

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful house. We were traveling with our young adult children (youngest turned 16 while we were there!) We could not get enough of the views from this house. The sunsets were amazing! The hostess, Elia, was responsive during the booking/check-in phase. Her concierge, Marianna met us at the house and showed us around, then checked in regularly to offer her assistance. We found it just as described with all the amenities we needed. We have already said many times, if we have the chance, we would go back and stay at this house again!

The view will take your breath away

The house and the view exceeded our expectations. The owner was welcoming, accommodating and gracious. The property manager was super nice and professional. She welcomed us in person, helped us settle in and helped during our stay when we had any questions. When we left behind a piece of electronic equipment, immediately shipped it back for which we are grateful. The island, the people, the beaches, the food were amazing but the quality of accomodation was key in making this a dream vacation and a very memorable experience. For all of this, thank you. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen von Marianna, die immer zur Stelle war. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Bucht Farangas (sehr schön zum Schwimmen) und Antiparos.Von der Terrasse kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Das Haus ist behaglich eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht ist da. Es war ruhig und sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Une très belle villa avec une vue magique !

Villa tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos, très bien équipée et aménagée, et parfaitement entretenue, il ne manque absolument rien ! Beaucoup de points forts, une vue époustouflante, l’entretien avec changement des draps et serviettes pendant le séjour, un contact local formidable (merci Marianna 👍) la proximité avec le charmant et pittoresque village d’Alyki. Séjour absolument parfait, nous espérons revenir.

Magnifique séjour et vue à couper le souffle

Nous avons passé 15 jours en juin dans cette maison avec une vue de rêve et des couchers de soleil plus beaux les uns que les autres.La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description, la literie est très confortable et la décoration très soignée. Absolutely AMAZING

Elia's property is by far the best place we stayed in our travels around Greece. The views are unmatched and exquisite from every angle of the house. Elia is a kind, generous, and gracious host who truly cares about your experience. The house is wonderfully decorated and close to town without having ANY noise. Alyki is adorable and quaint without the crowds of neighboring towns. I can not recommend this property enough. GO! And bring you partner, your family, and friends!

Fabulous house!

The house is impressive, two full bedrooms and bathrooms plus a loft. Three covered patios so you could get out of the sun as it moved around. The host provided beach towels! The sunrise and sunset views were amazing. Highly recommend this house, thanks for having us.

Beautiful house with breathtaking view

We spend a wonderful time in Elia’s house. The house is very clean, very well equipped, and the view is exceptional. Elia was available for all our questions and requests. There are beautiful beaches and good restaurants nearby.
