Villa with four bedrooms, high speed internet and TV with 150 channels, outdoor space with pool and barbecue:
Ground floor: Entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher), living and dining room, utility bathroom
1st floor: 1 suite (with private bathroom with whirlpool), balcony, double bed and wardrobe; 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe (with sea view); 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and balcony (with sea view); 1 bathroom (with shower)
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe

Located in a very quiet and safe area of Nazaré (Pederneira - Marcelinas, just after Hotel Miramar-Sul) and with sea views. Perfect place to relax, enjoy nature while remaining close to the beach.
Nazaré beach is 2.5 km away.
There is public transport every 30 minutes - the stop is at Miradouro da Pederneira which is about 1.5 km from the house.
If you decide to use the car, we provide a parking space about 150 meters from the beach (close to Avenida do Município) upon advance request and subject to availability.

There are several Hypermarkets and take aways in Nazaré, located about 7 minutes by car (3.7 km). Pastry shop, grocery store and restaurants within 2 minutes. Extra services, such as shopping or catering (breakfast and meals) are also available upon advance request.
