Nice holiday home in San Agustín, in the south of Gran Canaria.

With 1 bedroom and capacity for 2 persons.

The accommodation consists of 40m², has 1 bedroom and capacity for 2 persons, bathroom and living room with integrated kitchen. Cosy with views of the 20m2 garden, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings and sunny days.



It is located 50m. from the sandy beach "San Agustín", with very easy access. Ideal for family holidays.

It has a garden with terrace furniture, iron, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, 1 satellite TV with languages: Spanish, English, German.

The American style kitchen has a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



San Agustín is a tourist beach with calm waters, although with small waves, which maintains all the characteristic advantages of accommodation and services, but it is also very quiet because it is less crowded. Even its nights are placid as they lack the typical hustle and bustle of a tourist area. The beach of San Agustín is perfect for relaxing for days at a time, but if its calmness is not enough, just a short distance away is one of the largest thalassotherapy centres on the island.

On its long promenade, which connects to the south with the tourist centre of Playa del Inglés, there are also many terraces, bars and restaurants where you can eat. The place also has sun loungers and parasols for hire, lifeguards, showers and a connection with the Maspalomas bus network.

Ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

Clean room, but the kitchen utensils had a strange smell. Overall a great host, lovely area of the island and easy links to multiple attractions and beaches, as well as a super easy walk to the black sand beach. Nearby has amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, taxi ranks and spas.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment near the beach. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning. I hadn’t expected 30degrees in October and it was quite uncomfortable at night.

Great value for money apartment a few minutes walk from the beach and close to bars/restaurants

This property looked like great value for money and we weren't disappointed! It was clean, comfortable, great outside space, sufficient kitchen and comphy bed. A few things were a bit tired but for the price we weren't expecting 5*! A great location in a quiet street, limited traffic and quiet hours after 10. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. You couldn't fault the location. Easy to get to by bus from the airport and access instructions were nice and clear. Your key is in a lockbox so needed a torch as we arrived late due to a delayed flight. Would highly recommend if you want a cheap getaway in the sunshine.

This property looked like great value for money and we weren't disappointed! It was clean, comfortable, great outside space, sufficient kitchen and comphy bed. A few things were a bit tired but for the price we weren't expecting 5*! A great location in a quiet street, limited traffic and quiet hours after 10. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. You couldn't fault the location. Easy to get to by bus from the airport and access instructions were nice and clear. Your key is in a lockbox so needed a torch as we arrived late due to a delayed flight. Would highly recommend if you want a cheap getaway in the sunshine.
