Unlike other villas that are often on the hills, ours is very close to the city! You will feel at home in our typical villa of 130 m2, nicely decorated, comfortable, fully air conditioned, contemporary style and living room renovated in 2018. It includes a large living room, a TV area, WIFI everywhere with the freebox, the kitchen is fully equipped and at your disposal as well as small commodities; On the ground floor, you have 1 double bedroom with a shower, 1 bathroom with spa bath and 1 other bedroom with 1 single bed on the mezzanine which can be suitable for an adult and below, 1 sofa bed 120 cm, impeccable for 2 children or 1 adult! you also have a passage room with 1 double sofa bed.
The villa has a large terrace with garden, barbecue and secure private pool, it is located in a quiet, in a green, yet you are 5 minutes by car or bus from the city center! and the tram that is 10 minutes walk will take you to town or to the beach very quickly!
for the walkers, you can also go in 20 minutes on foot to the place massena while passing by the green flow!
No worries for parking because you are at the end of a dead end and you park in front!
The maintenance of the swimming pool is included and possibility cleaning lady on request! We remain at your disposal during your stay! Do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information requests!
