Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Der Zustand des Hauses und die Ausstattung sind hingegen enttäuschend, fast alles ist in die Jahre gekommen, ungepflegt und sehr einfach. Die Dusche ist schimmelig, im Backofen möchte man kein Essen zubereiten.
