The suite is 110 m ° has 4 beds, a nice room, a lounge area with split day and night with an extra bed, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, Ocean Heigts tover By Versace is one of the towers facing the sea in front of the Palm Jumeirah, among them is the most luxurious high-rise Dubai Marina, 80 (87piani) the furniture was made by Versace, as you can see some photos is super luxury, won a prize for the best project of 2007, was completed in December 2010, so it is like brand new facilities and technologies. It has a very large swimming pool floor 4, overlooking the beach on Jumeirah Road and the road along the sea, has a Jacuzzi and a gym 8-10 places great and super equipped kitchen, a barbecue area, children's playground, public holidays and change room and showers with spectacular finishes Versace for those who use the gym, pool, sauna, Turkish baths and recreational facilities. Could Be Better

Some good and some bad points. Bad: Arrival info mostly not relevent for this apartment ie. no sliding doors so no need to watch the 'how to open' on YouTube, no pin code pad on door so no need to text for number, no 'push to open' button to exit apartment, no CCTV and no spare linens. We arrived at 1am to only 2 beds made up with no spare sheets available when we clearly communicated that we needed 4 beds for 5 people. This was after taking a taxi as the limo driver was on holiday. The metro station and beaches are much further to walk than stated with the metro being around 1.5km. This wouldn't be too bad normally but in 45c heat, dragging 3 kids through construction sites, not a pleasant experience. The new tourist tram is still around 6 months from being completed. As this is a residential building the pool area becomes a party zone on a weekend for the young expats living here. On one Friday there were around 30 people drinking and smoking in the pool. Quite intimidating for young families. Our booked late check-out was changed at the last minute and we had to trek across to JBR to spend the afternoon in Sadaf 6 apartment, joined by numerous workmen at a cost of Euro90. This meant the beautiful terrace could not be utilised. Very disappointing. Good: The building itself is very nice. Friendly staff, good gym and nice pool area. Jo, the Dubai agent, was very helpful, even giving us Nol cards to use on the metro. The Entertainer book was a big bonus. We used lots of 2-4-1 vouchers from this. The apartment is nice but it is only a one bedroom place, a bed and sofa bed have been placed in the living area therefore you always feel as though you are in a bedroom. Closing the area off with the curtain means losing the tv and the window. That said, much better than a hotel room. Overall: Personally I wouldn't stay here again but that is mainly due to the location of the apartment. If you have no kids this place is great, but its quite a distance to Wild Wadi, SkiDubai, aquarium etc which is where kids want to be.

Great Stay at ocean Heights

Stayed for 7 nights with family of 4. Great location close to Dubai Marina (10 min walk) and plenty of space for our requirements. Very nice view of the Palm from the balcony. As said by other reviews there there is still a bit of building works in the area however this did not distract from our enjoyment of the apartment. Very close to JBW and a short taxi ride to Wild Wadi and the Mall of the Emirates. Would recommend an evening meal at the Montgomerie Academy Golf Club restaurant which has a lovely setting, good food and cold beer! Overall a very enjoyable holiday and thank you to Alessandro for being so helpful.

This is an expansive, open, airy luxury apartment with many luxuries within the development. The pool and gym were very nice. LHa, the onsite manager shows such warmth, kindness and genuine help, she is an asset to this property management. Overall I am highly impressed with this property and my brief stay here.

Most welcoming home away from home

First time out of the country. Me and my brother were looking for a relaxing and affordable place to stay with amazing view. After extensive looking, this place was the absolute perfect fit for us to stay the week we spent in Dubai. Alessandro is an amazing host and made everything super easy and comfortable for us to stay

Amazing property with fantastic sauna, pool, gym, super beautiful building, great apartment and superb location. Alessandro, who I think is the owner is simply amazing in terms of availability, communication and solving clients needs. Easy, luxurious, convenient and good value for money. Schönes Apartment

Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt und es war alles wie beschrieben. Einzig allein die Küchenausstattung fanden wir etwas alt - das wird aber wohl jetzt geändert. Meerblick wäre noch toll gewesen, aber die Poolanlage war ein Traum - genau wie die Lage!

Appartamento molto accogliente

Location ideale per visitare Dubai. A poche centinaia di metri dalla passeggiata di Marina. Basta attraversare la strada e trovarsi su una bellissima spiaggia. Appartamento molto curato ed accessoriato. Appartamento silenzioso. Delizioso terrazzino. Molto pulito e ben manutenuto. Proprietario attento alle richieste degli ospiti e sempre disponibile. All'ingresso del resort é facile prendere un taxi; la fermata del tram si trova a pochi metri e permette di raggiungere in sole due fermate la linea rossa metro. Molto consigliato.

Fantastic location !!! Very nice apartment and hosts accommodating

Good apartment !

The trip was good, the apartment is very well situated, in the Marina, near JBR so we were happy about that. The apartment was clean, and well furnished : dishes, washing machin, brooms etc... I also would like to thank Mrs. Gio she was very kind, welcoming and available for questions.

It was everything we expected and more

we rented alex place for over a week. It was in the perfect location with the beach across the street. When we stayed there extra balcony furniture was added with lawn chairs and a sleigh bed. Alex and joy was in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a seamless process getting in and out. The place was exceptionally clean and check in was very easy. I would likely stay here again on my next trip to dubai. Alex was a great host and there was a carrefour right across the street and a late night pizza place where we could get food anytime. All in all i was impressed and i highly recommend alex and his units to anyone and everyone. I give it 5 stars.

Buena localización y muy buena atención

En general muy atentos y muy amables. Sufrimos un retraso por no disponer del visado a tiempo y llegamos 5 días más tarde. Fueron muy comprensibles con las circunstancias y nos cambiaron las fechas con un coste únicamente de 1 día. En general el edificio y el apartamento están en muy buenas condiciones. Algunas pequeñas mejoras a realizar ya reportadas al propietario. Estancia recomendada!

Perfect appartment in perfect location

The appartment fulfilled completely our expectations. The location in Dubai Marina was a perfect spot for all kinds of activities. The appartment itself was as described and in very good shape, nice, clean and everything in house what your stay in Dubai would make comfortable. We very much enjoyed the pool and the gym. The support during booking and in preparation as well as on-site was awesome. We will of course recommend your service for any of our friends for trip to Dubai!

Big Surprise

Very nice apartment, confortable and in great posi

I like a lot this property, I was there 3 times in the last 4 year, is just in front the palm, with nice sea view, many shops and restaurants in font the tower. very very nice!
