The house is too big on two floors and not very clean. Only one set of bath towels will be given for 3 nights.

Regarding the towels, we would like to clarify that our company does not operate as a hotel, which is why we provide each guest with a complete set of 3 towels. Perfection!

This was a last minute trip and it was absolutely perfect. The loft was an easy walk from the station and the entire check in process couldn’t have been easier. The same goes for the check out process. Central location and QUIET. That was the most important part for me. I will absolutely be back!

Spacious and great location near market... but also lots of bar activity on weekends and noisy. I imagine summer is very noisy if you want to keep windows open. Kitchen items could be better condition and better supplied - e.g. collander, matching wine glasses, and insrtuctions on how to use oven, switches relating to appliances, etc. A two day learning process of trial and error before we got the hang of everything.

Great stay in Siracusa. Apartment was clean and as advertised. Check in process was incredibly smooth (Riccardo was excellent). And the payment is located across the street from a large parking lot if you are driving. Only glitch was check out - no one ever came to get the keys so we just let them and headed out to the airport. Was not a problem. Thanks for a great stay!
