Extremely lovely Villa, Amazing location.The whole process from booking to leaving has been a breeze. The host Maria was very attentive and on hand to help. The pool was excellent and enjoyed by all. Every room has air con which made sleeping comfortable, This was really appreciated as the temperature was at 34c .

Excellent Villa for a retreat with friends and family

Lovely house and lovely outdoor space for a retreat with friends and family. You will have all you need to rest and enjoy a short break from daily life. The swimming pool and outdoor space is great for kids, bbq space is also a big plus

Lovely villa with beautiful gardens

We are 2 couples, and this villa was perfect for us (would also be good for family with children). A car is required as the villa is not in walking distance from any shops of restaurants, but only a 15 min drive into sitgies with many shops, restaurants and beaches. We have a wonderful stay

Really nice place tucked away in the hills behind Sitges

The house was just what we needed for a quiet family getaway. The pool was fab and we spent a lot of time splashing around in it with the children. Evenings were calm and quiet with just the crickets in the background chirping away.

Nice location and house

The house i well laid out. The pool area is really Nice and it is close to the beaches which are very good, especially for children. The tennis court is a real bonus! The house though had some small maintnance issues that needs fixing, but we had good service from the owners/rentalcompany. Would recommend to anyone despite some shortcomings.

Incredible experience!

The villa was spectacular, as shown in the photos. We were a group of 6 doing a seminar and they treated us incredibly, super friendly and attentive from the first moment. I even increased my stay! I definitely recommend it and would repeat this experience again.

Nice clean en spageous villa

Nice clean villa with a lot of room outside and a fantastic pool. Problems with the electricity were solved the same day! Great customer service. The only downside were the mosquito's... Would reccomend this villa!

Nice Property but...

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the area is very nice in a new residential development but be aware you will need a car. The location is simply way too far to walk the nearest town. Also, the furniture and fixtures are not high quality so do not expect comfortable beds or living room lounge furniture. Nice neighborhood cats will also pay you a visit...

Disappointing

While it was a nice villa there were several major issues. Firstly pool shower not working, then three of six sun beds unusable (torn), and construction work next door in evenings and weekends. To cap it off it took a month and many emails to get the refundable deposit back.

Thanks for booking Villa La Calma. We are a bit sorry for your experience. When you decided to book Villa La Calma, we informed you that the villa next door was in construction (finished at 80%) and we agreed to make a good discount on it and your agreed to rent Villa La Calma, knowing the situation. We offered you alternatives villas but you prefered Villa La Calma and the discount. About Sunbeds: Owner have just changed them after your stay as is was plannned to put new ones. The last check-out control done do not highlight not usable. We have a video availble on its control. About Pool Shower: The Check-in manager informed you about it in check-in and it was repaired during your stay. About refunds: Depending on owner, that wanted to check his villa, we had to wait for his OK to return it and you have been informed regularly about it. That sometimes happen. Anyway the villa is now perfect for guests and the construciton next door is finished. Best Regards. Weekl Villas.

House was very nice..our contact was very helpful and went out of her way to help us...owners showed up to fix a tv problem...argued for 2 hours in spanish then left without fixing the problem and left it up to us to fix it....there was construction next door for 3 days a tractor was breaking and moving large rocks it was very loud. There are high power lines that run just 100 meters from the back yard ( these are the huge towers that run power to cities) and at night the powerlines hum loudly...the tower is not good to look at either. It was nice but i wouldnt rent it again.

While the property itself was clean, well maintained, and pleasant enough, the experience as a whole was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.The listing map is seriously misleading. The villa is not where it appears to be advertised. It is miles away in the mountains, with the nearest shop around 45 minutes away on foot. This lack of transparency makes a huge difference to anyone expecting reasonable access to amenities, and it feels deliberately misrepresented.More seriously, the owners have never returned our security deposit and have ignored all contact since October. Multiple attempts to reach them have been completely disregarded. This is not a minor issue — withholding a deposit without explanation and cutting off communication is wholly unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.Adding to the frustration, Vrbo has been absolutely no help whatsoever. Despite raising the issue, there has been no meaningful support or resolution.As a frequent traveller, I can confidently say this is one of the worst post-stay experiences I’ve had. Due to the misleading listing, the missing deposit, and the total lack of accountability from both the owners and the booking platform, I would not recommend this villa or Vrbo to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at the villa, however when we booked the villa it did say it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. A clear error. The 10 minute car journey is more like 15 and there is absolutely nothing in walking distance from the villa that we saw.The photos show the villa at its best, but the maintenance of it has meant that it does not live up to its billing!Loose handle on doors (fridge handle came off), broken sofa and chair, crockery a bit all over the place, no water to pool shower or bbq tap, cushions on outdoor furniture in poor condition, a few dangerous divots in the artificial grass, shower in the main bathroom slippery with a dangerous step down, towels were not very nice, bbq was very dirty as was the freezer drawers.Maintenance man did come but a day later than promised.There was hardly anything in the apartment. Very little cleaning products, no bathroom products (shower gel), very little toilet paper for a villa for 8 people. No tea towels.A welcome pack would have been nice and something many other places provide. For example some fruit, wine, cold beers and snacks would have been well received on arrival and would cost very little to put together.Address came through very late. Would have been much better to have received this before setting off.Nice property in need of greater attention to detail and given a bit more care if it was to accurately reflect the images provided.

We spent several weeks here with family, including our young granddaughter. Overall, I’d give the house 4 stars and María, our agent, an unequivocal 5.The outdoor space was the highlight. Beautiful landscaping, a wonderful pool, outdoor kitchen and terrace dining gave me exactly the European-summer experience I had imagined. The gardener and pool service kept everything beautiful, and the space was fantastic for entertaining, family time and our granddaughter.The house itself needs some investment. Some furniture felt old, inexpensive or rundown, and we had to purchase basics such as chopping boards, a dustpan/broom and a fan when the AC broke. More blankets would also have been appreciated. These are small things, but at this price point and for a longer stay, they matter.Our biggest issue was location. Our original booking was described as only blocks from the beach, but we were later told this property was in the mountains. We were informed, but by then comparable beach properties at our price were gone. This added the expense and inconvenience of a rental car, gas, parking and driving time! Sangria!María, however, was phenomenal, responsive, communicative and supportive whenever something went wrong. I would absolutely rent through her again.Would I choose this house again? Probably not. Next time I’d choose something closer to the beach. But for someone wanting privacy, gorgeous outdoor living and a beautiful Spanish hillside setting, this is a lovely property.

Maison familiale agréable et calme

Cette villa est située dans les hauteurs de San Pere la calma en bordure du parc de Garraf. Pour les amoureux de la course à pied, trail et vtt de belles randonnées en perspectives sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. La piscine et le jardin sont très agréables et le quartier est calme. La maison est très bien équipée. En 10 min en voiture nous étions dans le centre de Sitges jolie station balnéaire où nous avons régulièrement déjeuner ayant trouvé un parking gratuit. Nous avons été très bien accueillis (et conseillés sur nos déplacement) et avons pu adapter notre horaire d'arrivée. le hic : un pilonne moyenne tension qui gâche un peu la vue mais le problème à moyen terme c'est une grande maison qui se construit à côté de la villa donnant directement dans le jardin et la maison : il faudra prévoir à mon avis un brise vue ou autre pour que les futurs voisins n'est pas vue sur vos déplacements au sein de la villa (manquera d'intimité).

Superbe maison

Très belle piscine et très beau jardin - la maison est spacieuse , très propre et offre un bon confort général - la voiture est indispensable pour faire les courses - je décommande cette maison pour des jeunes sans permis de conduire car il n’y rien à faire autour de la maison - il manque de parasols - juste 1 pour l’immense terrasse - il serait sympa que les propriétaires mettent à disposition plus de saladier - ( juste 1 pour 9 personnes ) - je recommande globalement cette jolie maison qui porte bien son nom - Sinon , super accueil de notre hôte - un grand merci Joan

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage direkt am Naturpark, sehr schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber, sehr netter Check-in Manager, Übergabe problemlos. Sehr kulanter Umgang des Vermieters mit plötzlich auftretendem Baulärm vom Nachbarsgrundstück. Viel Platz für die ganze Familie, toller Pool, sehr gepflegter Garten. Gesamtbewertung top.
