                                                                                                                             In Torre San Giovanni marina of Ugento with beautiful beaches of fine white sand (sandy beach-cocoloco-lido pinewood etc.) in the moccuso area on the coast road Gallipoli- Leuca rental house of 110sqm newly renovated independent ground floor, with parking spaces inside , access to the private terrace and large outdoor spaces and garden of about 80sqm completely fenced ideal for children and pets. The house has 2 entrances from two different roads:
1 private road parallel to the Gallipoli leuca
2 secondary road that leads directly to the sea.
The house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large entrance hall, kitchen and verandas, and is fully furnished and complete with: ceiling fans, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, stereo, TV
and everything you need in the kitchen. On the back porch there is a fireplace for your grills in the company.
