Great house located in France, Villecroze, in the Var region vineyards (83), 20 km west of Draguignan, in a beautiful quiet rural setting, 35 km south of Lake St. Croix and 70 km from Saint-Tropez. For 8 people, 4 bedrooms with very good beds, 3 shower rooms (one outside), 4 WC (one outside), fully equipped American kitchen, washing machine and dryer, TV, internet fast, large bright living room, heating / air conditioning. Secure swimming pool 10x5 m. Large terraces recently renovated with shade sail (200 m2, 70 m2 around the pool, 120 m2 of living relatives and 20 m2 covered for meals), BBQ, garden furniture, large private and fenced (4000 m2 ), with bowling (13x4 m). The building is well insulated and even in summer the house remains cool (air conditioning). Floor heating by geothermal energy.
The house is located in a residential neighborhood in the countryside and along a private cul-de-sac.
