This condo is located right in the middle of downtown surrounded by all of the best restaurants, bars, and shopping Steamboat Springs’ downtown area has to offer. You can walk across the street to the Yampa River for tubing, swimming, a riverside bite, or a stroll. Just over the bridge you’ll find the rodeo grounds, the iconic Howelsen Hill ski area, the sports complex and ice rink. The world class, Steamboat Ski Resort, mountain restaurants, and bars are all just a five-minute drive up the hill; or walk half a block to the free city bus, which runs every 12 minutes to the mountain. The 1200 square feet in this condo provide ample space for entertaining, comfortably sleeping eight. In the evenings, relax and unwind with HD cable TV, on demand, wifi Internet. You will enjoy the natural daylight in this well-lit condo, as well as views of the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill. That means nighttime views of 4th of July fireworks and winter carnival fireworks right from the living room!

Location is great - right in the middle of everything! Less than a block to catch the bus to the slopes and a short stroll to dozens of great restaurants. The condo was clean and well- stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and paper goods. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen has everything we would have needed to prepare a great meal.

Host was very welcoming and responsive. This place is the perfect location in Steamboat. It is an easy walk to all of the downtown shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a ski hill across the street and there is a bus stop within a short walking distance to get to other ski slopes or locations. The place looks recently remodeled, was clean and beautifully decorated with a welcoming feel. We would definitely stay here again.
