The Flavia farmhouse between carob trees and the sea

A farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s, lovingly restored, including carob and almond trees, 4 km from the golden beach of Sampieri and 10 km from the Baroque Scicli, it is the ideal place for a holiday that combines the relaxation of the countryside of Ragusa and the sea with culture, archeology and nightlife.
The house consists of three bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a closet.
Also there is a large veranda and an internal beam.

A lovely getaway

We had a very nice two weeks in this old country house. The location is perfect (in the country so very quiet and a few minutes drive away from the sea). The equipment of the house is sufficient and relation with the owner very good.

Quiet area and surroundings

A nice and charming villa, surrounded by country side, not far from nearby places but better to have a car to get around, sampieri beach is just few minutes away, lovely beach. The villa had everything one needs, and the owner Giuseppe was always helpful.

Soggiorno indimenticabile

Bella casa antica con ampi spazi interni ed esterni, ben equipaggiata e pulitissima. Bel giardino esterno con brezza sempre presente. A circa 5 min di distanza in auto da Sampieri e dalla spiaggia. Valentina e Giuseppe ci hanno accolto con cordialità e grande attenzione. Disponibili e pronti nel risolvere nostre richieste. Grazie per il bel soggiorno che ci avete regalato.
