Antica Dimora San Filippo is located 7 km from Modica and 10 km from the sea. It is an old farmhouse divided into two parts, the manor house and the smaller apartments for 2 and for 4/5 guests.
Upon arrival we will be happy to offer you welcome food with tipical products and wines.

From the house you will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the valley, which gently descends to the most beautiful beaches: those of Sampieri, Marina di Modica, Santa Maria del Focallo, Eloro-Vendicari as well as the island of Capo Passero

You will be well connected with Siracusa, Noto, Cava d'Ispica, Scicli and Camarina.

The accommodation in which we will host you, is independent and welcoming and is composed of two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a living area with kitchenette. It fits very well into a family vacation.

In the farm we produce extra virgin olive oil and we have prepared an organic vegetable garden for our guests. At your disposal large common areas and private parking.

With us, if you wish, you can taste the typical Bio cuisine, the savory breakfast with warm ricotta and cheeses or the fresh jams and homemade cakes.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Amazing stay!

Diego and his staff were lovely and extremely helpful. They provided all we needed for a comfortable stay with our baby. Our stay was relaxing, couldn’t ask for a better location,with an enchanting decor. A delicious breakfast served every morning! Would definitely return when we go back to Sicily. Thank you!

Diego could not have been more helpful. Although in a more remote location, the character of the house and the kindness and generosity of the host were amazing and memorable.

Excellent host and idyllic setting

We booked to stay for 1-week but EasyJet cancelled our flights twice. Sadly our stay was reduced to 3 nights. Diego our host was amazing. On arrival, after a 5 hour drive he welcomed us with a home cooked meal and wine. His Sicilian breakfast was gorgeous. He couldn’t do enough to help us and showed us incredible generosity. If you want to get away from it all, stay in the Regusa countryside with easy access to the beautiful Baroque towns and beaches, then look no further. We’ll be back. Hopefully next time without any flight delays.

Kwam midden in de nacht aan, eigenaar was er om ons op te vangen en heeft zelf nog voor wat lekkers gezorgd. Het was een bijzondere plek om te verblijven al was het wel erg warm ondanks de airco. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en locatie van het ontbijt was ook een fijne plek. Zeker een aanrader en zou zeker nog wel een keer terug willen komen alleen dan denk ik wel in het voorjaar. Zwembad was trouwens ook echt een prachtige locatie waar onze jongens zich uitstekend vermaakt hebben

Diégo a été très accueillant et le logement est typique et très authentique !Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, il ne manquait rien à part un parasol pour aller à la plageJe lui en ai demandé un et dans l’heure qui suivait il nous en a rapporté un qu’il venait d’acheter !! Nous avons apprécié les petits déjeuners aussi qui étaient inclus dans le prix Tout était parfait et je recommande son logement

Very nice stay

Sehr charmantes Landgut als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Modica (Altstadt), Syrakus & Co. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst charmant, das Frühstück mit Blick über die Felder lohnenswert und der von einem sehr schönen Garten umgebene Pool toll.

Eigentlich schön …

Der Bauernhof hat einen schönen, rustikalen Charme, eine tolle Poolanlage und der Vermieter war sehr nett. Der Gesamteindruck leidet unter vielen Kleinigkeiten: laute Klopfgeräusche aus einem benachbarten Pumphäuschen nach der Nutzung von Wasser (auch durch die Nachbarn), sehr verkalkter Brausekopf in der Dusche ohne sinnvollen Wasserdruck, stark schwankende Wassertemperatur, flackerndes Licht, W-Lan nur in den Außenbereichen, sehr dünne Bettdecken (etwas kalt im Oktober) und so weiter. Die in der Anzeige angegebene Mikrowelle und die Spülmaschine fehlten, vom Gemüsegarten war nichts zu sehen. Nicht alles war dramatisch, die Summe machte es dann aber aus. Es hätte sehr schön sein können, aber wegen der vielen Kleinigkeiten können wir die Wohnung nur als durchschnittlich bewerten.

Hervorragende, abgeschiedeenes Bauern-Gutshof

Liebevoll restaurierter Gutshof. Sehr , sehr nette und höfliche Besitzer. Bei Ankunft gab es sehr leckere Antipasti zur Begrüßung. Frühstück war immer ein Traum. Die Wohnung war riesig (für bis zu 6 Personen). Im Prinzip eine 4 Personen Wohnung und eine 2 Personen Wohnung, die durch eine Tür verbunden war. Alles sehr sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. der Garten von Diego, mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen.

Erholung und Charme

Der ehemalige Gutshof besitzt sehr grossen Charme und ist in einer ländlichen, ruhigen Umgebung gelegen. Den tollen Garten und Pool konnten wir aufgrund des regnerischen Wetters leider nicht so geniessen, dafür umso mehr das tolle Nachtessen (sehr zu empfehlen!). Diego und die ganze Belegschaft sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft daher wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Toll zum Entspannen!

Eine tolle ländlich gelegene Unterkunft mit Gartenanlage und großem Pool. Strände und Städte wie Modica, Noto und Siracusa sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber Diego ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben einmal das Angebot des Abendessens angenommen, welches ausgesprochen lecker war.

Rustic Stay in Sicily

This is an idyllic location if you want to escape from it all and experience the Sicilian laid back approach to life. Diego, his wife and all the staff were very hospitable, and we had an authentic Sicilian breakfast and a very atmospheric evening meal in the grounds. The food was the best that we had during our time in Sicily. Our 3 children really enjoyed the pool and we loved the gardens, which had amazing palm trees, plants and secluded seated areas (which provided shelter and a breeze to cool us down). Our apartment was as described, and an extra bed was provided. As we cooked a lot, we found that the facilities could have been more up to date. Overall, we had a very relaxing time and enjoyed the rustic ambience and Sicilian hospitality.

Delightful property and welcoming hosts

This is a very attractive and tranquil property; the gardens and pool are beautiful, as are the buildings. Diego is an attentive and generous host. The only drawback was the extremely limited space given to the 'kitchen', which occupies only the very tiny corner of the main room, with no more work surface than is shown in the picture.

Rustig gelegen net appartement

In landelijk gebied gelegen, authentiek appartement. Gastheer en vrouw zijn zeer gastvrij. We werden hartelijk welkom geheten met wijn en kaas en later in de week kregen we nog een heerlijk ontbijt. Diego en zijn vrouw spreken niet veel Engels. Ze proberen je wel tips voor de omgeving ed te geven. Appartement is schoon en voorzien van voldoende faciliteiten. Heerlijk zwembad en het strand is op slechts 15-30 min te bereiken. In de buurt mooie oude steden te bezichtigen. Al met al een heerlijk appartement op een rustige lokatie maar dichtbij genoeg voor dagjes uit.

Le gérant est très gentil,les appartements sont bien mais ne correspondent pas à nos exigences.

Endroits sympathique ,propriétaire très gentil et serviable.Cependant les appartements qui nous ont été proposés ne correspondaient pas à notre demande sur homeway. Piscine agréable et endroit reposant.
