ABOUT THE KITCHEN
NEW!! 5 BURNER GAS RANGE AND REFRIDGERATOR!
The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, condiments in the frig, and all the kitchen gadgets and small appliances you could possible want. We have quality pots/pans, Fiesta dishes, baking dishes, crock pot, griddle.......you name it. We want our property to feel like a home so we have furnished it with everything we need!
Enjoy GRILLING? We have a large propane gas grill on our small deck!
ABOUT THE BEDROOMS (Perfect for Men's Ski Groups)
The four beautifully furnished BEDROOM SUITES are all updated with new flooring, linens, spreads, pillows, and accessories. Two bedroom suites are located downstairs, BOTH with a Queen + Single! The Master is privately located upstairs with a KING BED and walk-in shower. The small bunk room suite is located on the main floor behind the kitchen and also has a walk-in shower. Kids love this room! Perfect for 2 or 3 kids or 2 single adult. The bunks are a full over full size with a small dresser drawers. The three larger bedrooms have new flatscreen TV's and ALL BEDROOMS HAVE PRIVATE BATHS!
ABOUT OUR CLUBHOUSE:
WINTER: Outdoor heated swimming pool! 2 Hot Tubs, 1 Indoor & 1 Outdoor! Sauna and Dressing Rooms
SUMMER: Clubhouse has 2 large outdoor pools, a kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs. In additions, for our summer guests, our clubhouse has beautiful tennis courts, pickleball courts, sanded volleyball courts and horseshoes.
We provide parking for 2 cars, one covered. The quiet complex is well maintained and secured.
NEW CLEANING STANDARDS!
Although our town homes have always been professionally cleaned between guests, we have added new procedures. An example of what will be cleaned and disinfected:
Door handles
Controls and switches (e.g. light switches, cooking controls, television controls, fan pull chains)
Bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats
Utensils, cutlery and crockery
Furniture such as chairs, tables, and parts of the bed frames
Cleaning equipment (brooms, mops, dustpan, vacuums handles)
Contactless check-in and check-out (smart lock, keyless)
We will also provide hand soap at every sink and disinfectant wipes in every town home.
For the comfort of all our guests, this is a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS facility.

My husband owns a stone quarry and I am retired from retail sales.
We love outdoor activities and Park City offers such diversity. Skiing, hiking, biking, rafting and kayaking and much more.
We had been skiing in Colorado for years until we visited Park City. Now it is the only place we ski and we truly love it!

Why they chose this property
Our first attraction was how close it is to the airport. A 30 minute drive from Salt Lake City Airport puts you at our front door!
Secondly, we have a large family and needed as many bedrooms/bathrooms as we could afford in one town home. We love the privacy of the 4 bedroom suites. No one shares a bathroom! Also, our clubhouse is awesome with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, volley ball, and more. We have owned property at Red Pine for 21 years and have never wanted to look any where else.
The location is amazing! We are only 4 miles to PC Resort, and just a couple of miles to the Outlet mall, Whole Foods, Redstone Shopping Center and wonderful restraurants!
