The property was incredible, would highly recommend it for anyone. Just a note for future travellers: nobialo/menaggio has very infrequent and poor public transport (buses run every 1-2 hours and always delayed). Though this property is only around a 30-45min walk into town.

Beautiful Views and Good Location

Communication was great. We received very detailed directions to the rental and clear check in procedures. The apartment was spacious and the enclosed balcony offered stunning views over the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The only suggestion I'd have is to put a couple of really comfortable chairs on the balcony so the views can be even enjoyed more! A really nice placee to stay.
