STRICT: Absolutely No smoking No Animals Allowed.
Overview: This darling miniature basement studio apartment in the heart of downtown is VERY SMALL with only 350 sq. feet. It is in the basement of a "mixed-use" building with a dental office on the main floor and an architectural firm on the top floor. The dental office is open Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 5:00 pm). You will hear noises from the dental office during this time. Nothing too loud. I provide white noise machines and earplugs in all of my apartments if this is an issue for you. However, you will find it to be cozy, complete, and very clean. In the beginning of June 2016 it underwent a new remodel including new flooring, paint, artwork, and an extremely comfortable new queen mattress which is replaced every 2 years. The small bathroom does have a full tub\shower with unlimited hot water. This unit is professionally cleaned by a local cleaning service and is well-maintained.
As the photos illustrate there are 2 large windows (with no views however) giving plenty of light. It is nothing like a traditional cold, dark, and dingy basement. Enjoy feet-warming heated floors. AC is not included, but rarely needed. It does come with a nice fan to circulate air and create "white noise" if desired. The kitchen area is complete with a full-size stove and fridge. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need to create your favorite meal (pots, pans, and cooking utensils).
Parking: For those of you who have driven to Jackson before, know that parking close to downtown can be a challenge and a real headache. Problem solved! There is free parking in the parking lot behind the building so you can leave your vehicle in a safe location as you stroll on foot around Jackson. Regular sized vehicles only- no trailers. Upon your stay, you will quickly recognize the value of this coveted downtown parking. If you do not have a car this apartment is close to the bus stop and taxi station. Again, this unit is ideal for those wanting to walk and enjoy downtown Jackson.

Personal: Yummy: I hope you will take advantage of our local favorite "Persephone" bakery shop one-half block away. The luring aroma of their exquisite pastries and treats will leave you anticipating your return. Their delightful breakfast is a great way to start the day. There is a plethora of fine dining and wonderful restaurants within short walking distance.

Are staying at the town Square downtown Jackson hole was fabulous! Comfortable bed great kitchen and bathroom! The heated floors kept us toasty warm and the convenient location kept us entertained! Highly recommend this lovely stay!
So nice to be able to walk to everything that Jackson has to offer; we stumbled upon a powwow at the nearby SnowKing Events Center and took a yoga class at a nearby studio. All on top of the wonderful hiking that the Tetons make available - it was amazing.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Holly's apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is great.
Great location, clean, safe, warm, quiet and fully appointed kitchen. Laundry worked great and parking was easy. Owner was clear and concise. I’d definitely stay here again.
Perfect location, easy to find and parking was no issue. Space is smaller but perfect for people who go to Jackson to enjoy the great outdoors or social atmosphere. Would book this place again for sure.

This apartment was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It was just enough space for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved that it was just two blocks away from the downtown square.
This apartment was perfect for an active senior couple.
We had everything we needed for a comfortable visit to Jackson and Grand Teton National Park. We especially enjoyed being within walking distance to the busy downtown area and we never needed to worry about parking because we could leave the car parked at home.
This property was ideally located to downtown. It was perfect to shop, drop purchases and return for more shopping. Within waking distance of the playhouse and the rodeo. Also prompt responses to all inquiries. I highly recommend this location!!
Overall, an excellent stay at Holly's condo. Great location walking distance to restaurants and shops, and an easy drive to Jackson Hole (we preferred to stay in town vs. at the mountain). I understand free shuttles were available a well. Communication with Holly was great and a couple of minor issues were resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction. I would definitely come back to stay at this unit again.
