It is an 150 years old magnificent building of 3 floors, bourgeois style, Renaissance/Italian architecture popular in South of France in the 1860-1870, located in the Antibes Centre. carrefour Supermarket at 100m
Beaches in Antibes are lying near the fortified port Vauban &the largest Marina in Europ, and on both side of the Cap d’Antibes.

Why they chose this property

We are in the middle of yacht industry in Antibes Some of the world's largest and most lavishly appointed yachts have Port Vauban as their home port.
This city is old - 2500 years- and famous for its culture Greco-Roman, cathedral, castle, Picasso museum, and panoramic sightseeing from the Garoupe Chapel
On the other side of this peninsula lies Juan les Pins which is modern and famous for Festival of Jazz, its nightlife! In between are the beaches and what gorgeous beaches they are! Mostly yellow sand but with a few pebbly spots, these beaches offer small coves and wonderful spots for snorkeling and most have good facilities to buy food, shower, rent loungers and find loos!

Glamorgan is at 10 miles from International Nice-Airport. Taxis are very expensive €80 from Airport to Antibes so try to avoid such transport.
Train from Nice to Antibes is also very good, but from Nice-Airport you need to take a bus to go to Nice Railway Station.
The best is from Nice-airport to take special Bus going to Antibes, or bus 200 going to Cannes, and you stop at the Antibes Central Bus/Railway station.
