There are some stairs that go the incredible terrace on the penthouse. Very large and with breath-taking views of the sea and the whole bay, it is equipped with a table and chairs where you can have lunch or dinner, some hammock to sunbathe and a wonderful Jacuzzi from where you can see the sea. Set in a quiet street that allows easy free parking, but just at a ten minute walk from the center.

Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other tourist resorts in Mallorca, the coast has not been completely urbanised with multi-storey hotel castles.
