A lovely villa in a nice quiet residential road with a beautiful pool area, that was well maintained, with plenty of comfortable seating and sunbathing areas to enjoy the outside. Miquel & Cati were friendly and communicative. The house feels very homely, comfortable and clean, is nicely decorated and a perfect base to relax, dine in and enjoy the area. An easy walk down to the beach, and further along the pretty Pine Walk seafront into the port. We enjoyed time spent around the villa and being able to pop down to the beach, especially late afternoon when it was so peaceful. We have been to Puerto Pollensa many times, this was a lovely house to enjoy the area and the many restaurants, thank you, we had an amazing holiday!

Just returned from a family holiday (adult children and partners) and all agreed couldn’t fault the villa and it’s hosts who were so prompt when we thought a problem had arisen with the fridge and they came around immediately but it was only on wrong setting. We all had a lovely holiday and would thoroughly recommend it.

Outside area was very spacious with excellent facilities, couldn’t fault except for the ants ! Bedrooms all ok but 2 don’t have air con so extremely warm at night . All kitchen equipment was in good working condition plenty of crockery etc. Overall a lovely place to stay and would highly recommend- hosts extremely friendly and responded quickly to any queries.

We stayed as a family of 4 with our 2 children (age 7 and 5). The villa was perfect. We arrived earlier than the check in time but Miquel & Cati were more than happy with us checking in slightly early. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. 10 minute walk to the local Spar shop that had everything you may need. 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool was amazing and clean. The children were in and out all day! We hired a car too and there is space right outside for you to leave your car. Would highly recommend and we will definately be staying again.Thank you Miquel & Cati.

We cannot recommend the villa highly enough. It is in a fantastic location on a quiet road but town and restaurants are accessible on foot along the beautiful pine walk. The villa itself is well presented and comfortable with everything you need. The outdoor spaces are wonderful for relaxing in the shade or sun. Our children really enjoyed the pool, even though it was a little ‘fresh’ in April. Our hosts were really friendly and welcoming, responding very fast when we had a small issue with the water which they managed to get sorted even over a holiday weekend.We are already looking forward to our next stay.

The location of the villa is perfect.... just near enough to town to walk in, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the suburb.The pool is well maintained and big enough. There are plenty of places to sit and relax, inside and out.

We had a lovely stay, Puerto Pollenca is very pretty. Location is ideal,short walk along the Pine Walk to many restaurants and shops. Great seating areas around the Villa, good views of the mountains and sunsets from rooftop area, quiet safe neighbourhood, pool a good size and private. Good communication from owners. Would recommend this Villa.

This was our second stay in this wonderful villa and it did not disappoint. The house was very clean, and perfectly set up for us. Miquel and Cati were friendly hosts and replied quickly to all our messages. The location was perfect for a family holiday with the sea and restaurants very close by and we all loved the pool and outside seating areas. We would love to stay again in the future.

Fantastic villa in a super location

We simply loved our stay at this wonderful villa. The facilities are excellent and we loved the privacy of the property, the super pool and roof top terrace in the evening. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great for the pine walk and access to the beach.

Beautiful villa in quiet location just off Pine Walk

We had a fabulous two weeks in the villa, there is lots of space outdoors and a wonderful swimming pool. The location is on a quiet street just off Pine Walk so a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. The owners were very helpful and the pool and villa was kept clean during our stay. We had a fabulous time and we hope to return soon!

Relaxing stay at villa with pool

We enjoyed a lovely week here - the kids swam all day and we took the Pine Walk along the water to delicious restaurants and gelato each night. The owners were always responsive. Highly recommend!

Lovely individual house with everything you need for a relaxing stay... love all the individual areas for socialising/ relaxing the only disappointing thing to say is it’s already booked next year when we would have loved to return !
