The location is excellent! Very close and easy walk to either the beach or the bay. We loved checking the bay side for sunsets. The beach was beautiful and quiet each day. And there were lots of dolphins when we were there. Perfect for family days at the beach. The pool was nice after a long day at the beach to cool off and is nicely shaded. The house is perfect for an extended family or multiple family vacation. My only complaint was the mosquitoes! They love the parking area and right by the pool. The house is a well loved beach house. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend and go again.

This house was a great fit for our family. It's situated perfectly between the beach and bay with a minimal walk. We love the screened in pool as well as it provides relief from being in the sun on the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and the extra fridge on the first level is nice. We had a couple of minor issues but they were dealt with quickly. Would recommend this property.

We loved this house. 5 adults and 5 children…it was perfect for us. A few glitches but nothing that troubled us a great deal. The main problem was the mosquitoes but that’s no one’s fault

We really enjoyed our stay at bay to beach house. It was everything and more that we needed. The host was very responsive when I reached out about an alert on the upstairs thermostat. It just showed the humidity in the house was high but the unit cooled without any problems. Dismissed the alert and it came back once then dismissed it again and it didn't come back. There was 11 of us staying 4 being children. We all were very comfortable in this gorgeous house. Not a far walk to the beach or the bay. An absolute great spot in between both. If your looking for a quite getaway then this place is a great find!!

Family Vacation

It was a great location for the beach and bay. Adored the little town. The restaurants in town were great! The house was the perfect size for our family. The elevator was a bonus for my elderly in-laws. Would stay here again!!!

So much gorgeous scenery!

We had our yearly family vacation in your beautiful home and it was amazing! We relaxed! Fishing was fun fun and long days at the beach were great. We traveled to the great fishing town of Appalachicola for terrific seafood and great shopping! I would love to go back!

Annual family beach trip.

My wife and I have been taking a family beach trip to St. George Island since my kids were toddlers. We have stayed many places on the island but “A. B. Sea” is my family’s favorite. Clean, short walk to beach, private setting, well stocked, service is very responsive.

Excellence at the beach

Amazing stay!

This house was perfect for what my family and I were looking for. We wanted a location close to the beach, a pool for the kids, and enough of a kitchen and bedrooms to house everyone. In the evening watching the sunset over the bay and fishing with the kids was an amazing memory we won’t forget! It was so perfect and we can’t thank the amazing host enough!

Loved this house. Great beach and bay access. The pool was a hit for the kids and adults alike. House is well laid out with king beds throughout. Bunk room worked out great for kids. Elevator was very helpful for my elderly mother. Will definitely visit again!

Beach to Bay stay

Our first time to St George and St George Plantation. The house was perfect for our family consisting of our three sons and their families. Loved the quiet and slower pace compared to Watercolor where we usually stay. Literally 3 1/2 minute walk to the beach and similar walk to the bay. We loved our stay and would come again.

Great place to stay, host is very responsive.

Super clean, easy access to both the beach and the bay. Plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms for two families or more. Listing has a hot tub, but it is located in the community pool area miles away. The door lock was broken on arrival, but the host was super easy to contact to gain access to the property with a spare key. I would stay here again.

We had a really great time with all of our family, the house was the perfect size for our group of 9. We all had our own space with plenty of room to spread out! Perfect Vacation Spot!

The Bay to Beach house was the perfect vacation spot for our family! The house was clean, and we loved that they provided beach towels and a few toiletries to get us through the first night! The house had more than enough room for our family to spread out, the kitchen was fully stocked for us to be able to cook, and the pool was an amazing place to relax! The bay and the beach were just a quick walk and easily manageable with a 2 year old and a baby. We are definitely booking again for next year!

Wonderful Week!

The property was exactly as described. The pool is great, and the elevator is a blessing for moving suitcases and groceries to the third-floor living area. We had two minor issues, but the host was super responsive and helpful. The paths to the beach and the bay were great, the island is lovely. All in all, a wonderful week for a family vacation!
