Very nice villa to stay in although we had stayed there some years before. Facility’s were good although you can always find something that can be improved on. Pool was clean . Sun villas were helpful with our request to gain access early which was a big help with little ones. Thanks sunvillas

Lovely Holiday

We had booked a family holiday for a special occasion for up to ten people. The property was spacious with good facilities, we were impressed with the bedrooms two of which were effectively suites. We had hired cars and were glad to have a private drive. The walk into town takes about 30 minutes, with a small supermarket about ten minutes away. The booking procedure was straightforward and all queries responded too promptly. The weather was good for October and we all enjoyed our stay.

Lovely villa, swimming pool and lawns.The villa was situated in a quiet street and just a 25 minute walk from the town.Any issues were dealt with very quickly by the agent.The villa was clean but we had no midweek clean, just some clean towels were left in the hallway. There little in the way of washing up liquid, wash / shower gel and toilet rolls etc Overall we had a lovely stay.

Family Holiday

We rented the villa so that we could spend a week with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren - a party of 10. The accommodation was perfect for the three married couples and two sets of sibling grandchildren with plenty of space, easy supervision of the pool and outside dining options, including a barbecue. It is quite a lengthy walk into the centre of Puerto De Pollensa, but we enjoyed that on a few occasions - particularly picking up crepes on the way back. There are also a few good restaurants much nearer and an excellent Eroski supermarket on the edge of town. Altogether a brilliant holiday, thank you.

Fabulous villa

Can Monxo was much larger than expected, in fact we were amazed how large it was. The villa was very well equipped and lots of space for individual solitary time. The pool could have been cleaner, there was green algae growing in the edges of the pool and steps. Also the kitchen needed a good clean but we understand the cleaners have limited time. Overall though it was a good experience.

Much bigger than shown on pictures

Well located, peaceful and equipped for 10. The scale of the property is much bigger than appears in the pictures. Lovely welcome pack - milk, fruit wine. Only minor drawback is that hand wash in the bathrooms and dishwasher liquid could be provided. I checked all this prior to arrival so was not an issue for us

A great location just 2 mins to the sea, 10 min to the sandy beach and a little further to the main town. The villa was ideal for our family get together and was better and bigger than expected. The pictures don’t do it justice, although the décor was a little dated, (which others have mentioned) it was clean, tidy and had a well stocked kitchen, the outdoor dining area had space for all 8 of us to gather around the outside table. My Mum is in a wheelchair but can walk with assistance in the house etc, so the downstairs bedroom/bathroom were perfect for her, with good access to the pool & outdoor dining/seating area from the house. The only downside was that the aircon was on a timer, especially as it was a particularly hot week, however it just forced everyone into the pool, which the kids loved. We recommend Ca’n Josep (2 mins walk from villa) for dinner we ate there twice, it was delicious and they accommodated our table of 8

Villa Can Monxo

Eine schöne alte Villa. Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern sehr viel Platz. Ein toller Pool und ein gepflegtes Grundstück. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Leider hatten wir jeden Tag Baulärm aus der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

First time Mallorca

This villa is huge, lots of room for everyone to enjoy. My only recommendation would be to have some nicer sofa covers in lounge and some painting to freshen up. Outdoor sofas also could do with update. Simple basics like a new, clean dish cloth for every new arrival would have been nice. But otherwise a lovely villa

Great Villa Holiday with Friends

The Villa Monxo in Puerto Pollensa was excellent location plenty of bars and restaurants and excellent facilities within the Villa to eat in. Only comment would be a change of towels should have happened part way through the week as stated in the Welcome book but didn’t happen.
