COZY LITTLE 1 BEDROOM CONDO

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This one bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool, and hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Amazing!

The view is so great! Take the elevator down to frown floor and the beach is right there. I didn’t feel like we were on top of ppl at the beach either. Pool are nice too. We used inside once. The room has a washer and drier so it was nice to be able to wash clothes before returning home. Everything we needed in room and comfy!

Loved it!

Loved stay here! Very convenient to everything. Great view. Only complaint is a little dated, knives in the kitchen are very dull almost don’t anything and they don’t have a pizza cutter. I know it’s not really anything to complain about but it is, when they have a every kind of drinking glass and coffee cup you can think of. A lot of the cooking pans etc were dirty. Which we washed before using anyways. Other than that place was very clean! Definitely, would book here again!

I stayed for two months. The price was excellent. The room was very clean and well equipped with everything I needed. No need to bring my house with me...which was great that I could concentrate on just living my everyday life seamlessly. It is still a very nice vibe during the winter as many snow birds are here and are very friendly as well as the entire staff. Of course the view is spectacular. It never gets old! Thank you for such a nice experience. I loved the unit!

Kitchen counter had crumbs, coffee maker was not washed it had dried coffee in the carafe. Kitchen cabinets needed wiped down. General appearance was dirty and shabby. Extension cords/electrical cords for multiple electrical appliances not secured and a trip hazard.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great except for the dishwasher. After many efforts to get it going, it finally did, but we had a few things that needed to be washed and left in the dishwasher before we left and there was only one packet of dishwasher. Knowing that would be the case, we went to get some dishwasher detergent (the new kind that is not liquid). So, before we left we loaded it with (thankfully) a few things and once again tried to get the dishwasher to work. It wouldn't this time, so we washed the dishes by hand with some Dawn (we bought that as well the day before) and put those items up so we would leave no dirty dishes and pans.Bottom line, it needs to be fixed. The "working" light would come on briefly, but the washer would not come on except for that one time. Also, more than one packet of detergent that was there was not enough.

Condo was Clean, but Recliner was broken and TV difficult to work due to multiple controls and no directions. Bed was small and bedroom was tiny. Check-in was easy and ample parking. Beach had easy access and restaurants were close by. Elevators were often crowded but were adequate.

We wanted a comfortable place with a balcony facing the ocean. This place was perfect.

The balcony was fairly private and right on the beach a great place for meals, people watching and enjoying the sunrise. The room had everything we needed two bathrooms and a complete kitchen. We expect to return.

Long Weekend getaway...visiting family

This was a beautiful condo. We love to stay in Garden City. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The TV wasn't working and they had it online right away. Unfortunately it was raining a lot so we weren't just out enjoying the sun as much as we hoped. The condo is beautifully furnished and inviting. Everything was very clean. The staff at the front desk was wonderful ! Loved The Salty Pickle ! Everyone there was great ! We met some really nice people and the food was really good !! The only down we can say was that while the bed had a really nice mattress, and plenty of pillows, the bedding on it was from an older , smaller mattress. As we know new mattresses can be 12" + thick. The sheets on this mattress never stood a chance. Even the flat sheet was too small. I went out and bought my own bedding. Not fun to sleep on the vinyl mattress protector because the sheets have slid all around. Everything else was great...this was a surprising detail to miss.
